I think that arlecchino is basically a 'wolf in sheeps clothing'. I dont think that she hates or loves the orphans in the house of hearth but rather shes using them to get what she wants
I do think she likes, at the very least, the twins and freminet. But i think shes very manipulative, not to mention childe said that she 'doesn't have a sane bone in her body'

I'd get the talk of "destroying evil character for the sake of being playable" for someone like dottore. But for arlecchino, we genuinely dont know about her character yet. She could be a pure evil manipulator, or be morally grey "evil" that has a soft side for the orphanage and the kids she takes care of or just anything else and it wouldnt be "destroying her character" because, well we dont have her character established yet. I get that people want more of just irredeemable villains, myself included. But it doesnt mean that if there are characters that are intended to be morally grey, or intended to be redeemable, it is a negative. Even in the fatui winter night's lazzo trailer, while pantalone and pulcinella were bantering, she spoke out against them and showed thought about signora's death and talked about "children" (iirc said smth like "we dont want to make the children cry") so I dont think it would be a bs plot armour thing she indeed has a soft spot for the fatui soldiers and the orphanage.

There are 2 world quests that have strong ties to the house of the hearth. The first one in Inazuma The Replacement's Secret which is tied to the fortune slip world quest , which explains some of the innerworkings of the House and how the orphans are kinda brainwashed leaving behind their individuality and becoming another person belonging to the Tsaritsa. The quest is very dark when you hear what is really going on with the house of the hearth.

The second quest is in Summeru "The Bad Guy in Vimara Village" is a hidden quest that you can do after the saving Rana , and in the quest we learn that the House of the Hearth was founded by the Knave so it doesnt seem like she joined in later to change it. The quest goes intro showing one of the villagers as being a spy from the house of the hearth placed there to assist the Doctor by capturing the kids and forcing the aranara out of hiding .
And there are a lot more references to the house in other world quest like in the chasm where we help the electro cincin mage .
I doubt that the Knave is actually a good humane person , even the things that Linney told us about how she plans to use the Gnosis to help Fontaine might just be lies and wishful thinking , she feels from the lore like that type of character who would throw you away as soon as you are not usefull anymore

Arlecchino is definitely putting up a facade. She may love the children of the house, but as we know from that one Inazuma and Sumeru side quest, she is not above hunting and disposing of the children that betray the House of the Hearth. However, if feel like she will be “good” enough to be a playable character.
I would like to get Frem and cons but I am 7 from pity and don’t want Zhongli or Childe 😭😭😭 (also Sayu and Noelle as the other 4*s is NOT GOOD)
I mean, for 4 star dps, Heizou is one of the best that came out in recent times. Xiangling and Xingqiu are great sub-dps, but Heizou does a frick ton of damage for a 4 star
I'm pulling for him since I have the twins and they need their baby brother. Also as a Childe main, I am perfectly fine with getting Childe constellations anyway so it's a win-win situation
Out of all fatui characters the ones I’m looking forward to the most is Capitano and arlechino I hope they both are interesting and have a unique gameplay mechanic. Judging by the previous two we have to go on it seems so Wich is cool. I feel like all harbingers will be dps oriented so far meanwhile archons are support based.
I’m wishing on his banner 100 percent and hopefully not getting a character so I can get wrio haha, but I’ve known I wanted the three siblings since I first heard about them
