I got her skin before i even got her in either the banner or the event. I can't finish the navia event cause my characters are all on level 60 and i can't do much damage to the 4x multiplier one, in the end my higherst score with the 1x multiplier is 1,300….😭
During the main simulanka quest she was literally called puss in boots, which she respond with something like: "No! I'm not a cat. I'm more like… Nekomata in boots!!"
We literally called her Kirara-in-boots in the event, clearly a direct reference
