  1. Idc about ToF at all.
For me Genshin is 10 times better in what the game is doing. It's a casual chill game, that's what I want, Tof is an MMO I don't have motivation or time for that. But people play what they like and that's cool. Ofc I will not watch any ToF vids so yeah bye ^^
    Have a nice day.

  2. I spent over a year in genshin and right after I tried tof, I couldn't rid the thought "what have I been doing in genshin for so long?"

It's boring, content very limited, there are no challenges, developers super stingy

hope tof will be more fun in the long run

  3. The exact same thing happened to me. I’ve never missed a single event in genshin so far, up until ToF came out…I just didn’t feel like playing genshin anymore and missed out on the summer event. Thought I’d get over it when Sumeru drops, but I still don’t feel inclined. ToF just offers so much more, although the cutscenes could definitely use some improvement.

  4. You won’t be satisfied with Genshin until you start a f2p account. This is not your typical gotcha game and this is a good thing. In stead of paying to win, the game really rewards this who play to win. Paying will only accelerate an account to endgame where this will become repetitive because you will one-shot everything, removing the challenge.

  5. gl man. It's still the game that really helped you grow. I still remember all those old genshin videos talking about how you weren't going to quit genshin for years but idk how you were feeling back then talking about genshin. I love a lot of aspects about genshin but wish there was something to grind as well. it doesn't give a ton of motivation to get on. sometimes it can feel like more of a chore then fun. it's the reason I have had to take breaks for a 2-3 weeks a like 3 times.

  6. Genshin Impact is like Kyoto Animation. The art style and voice acting are top notch, the story and music score are solid but if you're the type of person who watches shonen action anime more like One Piece and AoT, you'll have a hard time enjoying it. ToF players are like those shonen action watchers.

  7. ToF's generous rewards are what keeps me engaged. The story is garbage and the world lacks thought and artistry. It all feels randomly placed. The game is ridiculously fun though. I like the characters and the systems they have implemented. I just think the game needs a little more polish, because some things are glitched to hell. The UI doesn't feel optimized, and I miss proper full controller support.

  8. Yeah, I wouldn't blame anyone when they say they've had enough. In all honesty, you should be surprised yourself that you've played Genshin for so long. I myself can find some enjoyment in the long freaking time between updates, but I also know that not everyone can.
In short, just do what makes you happy. I've seen, say, big streamers on Twitch go nuts because they feel forced to play the hot new game that's topping the charts that they don't really like playing.

  9. Sounds like you're doing the right thing. Even though I am not a YT Content Creator, I can certainly appreciate the kind of pressure you often have to contend with. Mental burnout is not a condition that should be taken lightly. You're on the right track; stepping back, re-evaluating your priorities and adopting a heathier approach for your career goals.

Take good care of yourself and I wish you all the best for your future endeavors.

  10. I have been busy lately and currently I have less time than before to explore, so strangely Genshin fits my schedule better than before. I don't think I'd have time to comfortably play a game like TOF rn. MMOs are just too much grind and if I can't play much I'll never be able to play the newest content that most of the other players will be at. Good luck with your TOF gameplay and have fun!

  11. im glad youre enjoying tof, i tried it out and i guess it's not really for me. ive now learned that i enjoy more casual games for myself, its more compatible with my personality i suppose. i'm more about collecting the characters i really like and getting into the lore and exploring. i dont blame you for taking a break tho, genshin isnt for everyone and it can get boring even for me sometimes. i wish u the best of luck with the tof videos 🙂

  12. Genshin mmorpg openworld and pvp would be pretty hype with max constellations automatically unlocked. I doubt genshin devs want to go in that direction. I quit because of artifacts and will never come back because artifacts rng is awful. Atleast in tof, its way easier to rng the stats u want cuz theres only 3 stats u want per element.

  13. I’ve come to peace that Genshin isn’t likely to add end game, but I’ve always liked the RPG story experience of Genshin more than anything else so I’ll continue to stomach the back and forth content droughts

  14. My main issue with TOF is the aesthetics which are important to me and I don't personally think the characters are as iconic as genshins which makes it less, other gacha games too ive always thought the characters were the driving point of the gacha genre, epic seven and genshin have cool iconic designs and i dont see it rivaling them.

  16. Thank you for the video and update! always loved your genshin content and dont mind watching the other content you want to do 🙂
i never thought you were overly negative or excessively so at all. it was nice to hear your honest thoughts about the game.
it kinda was reassuring and affirmed me that I wasn't the only one who thought and felt that about the game .
yeah, though i loved it a lot, i stopped for the most part as well.

  17. Please don’t feel guilty or obligated to the game or any other games in the end of the day they are made by companies that doesn’t know that you exist much worse is that they are in control of how the game goes we are just hopeful people giving them too much hype .

  18. Cyno is the only one keeping me to play this game at this point. After getting Cyno and his weapon, I'm thinking of taking a break to this game. Going to play some classic video games.

  19. i hope genshin can hold your interest just for the fact i love hearing your opinions and conscience analysis of characters and the game overall. i dont even play tof but find myself watching the video just to see your take on things. best wishes to your channel and wherever it takes you my man but it would truly be sad for the genshin community to lose you.

  20. I went through that Genshin phase last year and quit.
It was so frustrating cus it had so much potential, now I don't really care much.
My plan is to just wait for all the regions and play it or play a cracked version if available and play with all characters for free and unlimited resin.
