  1. I hope she gets fixed seems like she will not work with Xingqui and Yelan. Plus HP scaling looks meh. I love her design and cool looking kit but thegy love ruining characters i like.

  2. Weird kit, imo she still seems good if you get her and don't have a better source of damage mitigation. Everyone going Zhongli is better? Well he is just as rare, XQ better? Well every hydro support they released after him has been gimped until they came out with Yelan. I think the issue with Dheya is right now she is only a slightly better Xinyan which is sad as hell, but she can be good if her ult scaled with a stat she could work with.

  3. The reruns of 3.5 will determine if I pull or skip. Shenhe hasn't had a rerun yet so her rerun is way overdue. So if shenhe is one of the 3 reruns it'll be a hard pass on dehya. I love deyha's design ,but her skill set is so fucking niche/bad that by the time I've built a team, her rerun will be up anyways lol.

  4. All her pasive kit give benefit to hp, but her burst doesnt get any benefit from it.

Also just because dehya is not archon, her E seem kinda unfair.
Last 12s have 20cd, its should last 20s and 12cd.

  5. For me the problem is not her multipliers. The problem is what kind of attacks she has. In the game we heard about her skill with the sword, but now she has only 2 sword attacks. Among claymor users, only Itto uses a charged attack, so it can't even be called a third sword attack. Seriously, they should make all claymor users more like Itto. I mean doing different charged attacks and passive ability to continue combos after dodging because all claymor users have slow animations of normal attacks and because of this without djung lee you see a full combo very rarely. Normal attack combo is only 4 strikes, 2 of which are strikes without a sword, as well as skill and ult. Her ult also has nothing to do with story, she can be powerful/aggressive but not mindlessly wild but they made her ult an uncontrollable barrage of punches. Also, it's just a bad decision because she won't be able to work with Xing Qiu, Ye Lan and Beidou ult. If they wanted give her a field with intermittent damage and atack with fists/feet so much, why not make the field a consequence of a 360-degree sword strike and just make the ult controlled like Raiden ult. Sorry if mistakes somwhere, english not my language.

  6. i don't know i can't really judge things based on unfinished product. we're still far away from her release. obviously there'll be some changes on her kits. but regardless, i'm still pulling for her for the sake of having fun in the game. genshin players are too serious over this stuff. pull or not pull is your choice. but if i look back of what happened during kokomi first release that was disgusting. it's unnecessary to hate the voice actor or even sending a death threats. genshin characters are like colours. every each on of us at least like and dislike a certain colours. meaning not everything meant for everyone. at least it's a good thing to skip a banner to save up more primo right?

  7. If Dehya's E is not tagged with Blunt damage, she can melt frozen enemies. This is an application of high damage slow pyro that we haven't yet seen in Genshin Impact and shows how limited our perspective of the overall team building design space is. There is precedence for this as well, since only the first hit of Diluc's burst where he actually hits with the Claymore is tagged with Blunt, and Xinyan's burst isn't tagged with it at all
