  1. Dude ive been usuing her since day one. Hah. My teams been wanderer, dehya, kokomi, and nahida for a while now. Would reccomend. Her skills activation works well with burgeon which with this team activates all well wanderer deals even more damage and gives atk boosts cuz pyro. Shes also helpful with exploration so. I never even use any bursts lol. Her c2 also makes unlimited dehya skill not to mention mine has 60k hp lol. Shes a decent pyro support man

  2. Dehya with Lyney is the best option I think.
Lyney, Bennett, Dehya and Kuzaha is the best.
She can keep the Pyro Aura that is removed by Swirl, reduce the team damage and the resistance interruption is the golden touch for Lyney.

As Im using her just for the skill, she's equiped with Sac Greatsword. It's not the best, but I can keep the skill active 100% of the time.

  3. You missed the best Dehya teamate: Ganyu – Really great numer pershot, most boss take only 2-3 shots. Dehya and Nahia has high EM so the Burn damage is really good too.
I also use her with HyperBoom team (Kuki, and Xingqiu as Xingqiu has higher Hydro application) – this team is really comfy to play. The slow speed of Kuki's ring actually working good with Dehya slow Fire proc.
I think that any new Cryo that want to Melt going to work with her really well!

  4. People say Dehya works with Wriothesley. I got her during Furina banner but then, I've c6 lvl 90 Thoma, I don't think i build her just yet. He literally covers everything Dehya wants lmao
Maybe one day when I'm feeling funny enough to build her, maybe I'll try them together

  5. i love dehya and her character design but man is her kit just a hot mess. very sad trying to build teams around her as the mentality is rather than find teams that dehya might compliment in, you try and find teams where dehya is the least hindrance in.

  6. I just wish that Dehya's skill lasts like around 17-20 seconds so that at the least I can have a reason to use her in a comfortable way…

I have her at lvl 40 atm.. still contemplating if I should invest time and materials for her..

  7. For sure, it isn't inherently Dehya's kit that's bad, it's how it was balanced. If they made her interruption resistance last the whole duration of her skill. If her skill had 100% uptime. If her skill ticks procs faster. Really, it's just centered around how the mechanics around her skill could've been better.

The way she was poorly balanced really does feel intentional. I feel like she was always meant to be a standard banner character from the start, rather than a character that was put off into that banner due to her poorly balanced kit. It sucks that due to Genshin's track record when it comes to post-release changes for characters, Dehya might as well never see a change in kit like Zhongli. The only thing we can hope for are indirect buffs.

  8. To quote another Genshin video: Every now and then they release a character that is hopelessly dependent on another character that'll be released in a future patch. Dehya is one of those

  9. for Neu team I much rather use max ER+fav Beidou cuz she give 35% dmg reduction and shield on top of consistence off field dmg and reaction, Dehya deal much less dmg and doesn't offer anything other than her interupt resistance, might as well use Zhongli at that point for the rest shred and better shielding and Bennett+Xiangling will always be better for chara that scale off atk. Heck even 300 ER Xiangling without bennett can work wonder if you only care about pyro application and not dmg,

Don't get me wrong, I do agree that Dehya become more usable with the help of Fontaine chara but she is still garbage outside of her on field, using her as a support is just a waste of time and effort as there are always better chara for the role, if you really like her as a chara then use her and built a team around her instead and that Dehya carry showcase is great at showing her peak F2P potential. I think that is her best team tho you can tweak it accordingly , like use Xiangling or jean instead of Kazuha or Mona for double hydro for breaking shield or Nahida for cope Burgeon etc (most of her team work for any other Pyro dps too btw like Klee)

She has the same issue as Eula where you need a lot of battery and support but their dmg just aren't worth the effort while their support capability is non existance but at least Eula scale with investment much better with C6 4 star support, constelation and weapon etc.

  10. As much as I love Dehya, despite all the minor buff she received when Fontaine came out, she's will forever be a FUBAR 5 star. Mihoyo doesn't want another Zhong Li controversy so there's no saving her.

Welp if they do something about her in the future then I'll apologize.

  11. Not related to the guide, but I'm thankful for the recently added subtitles as it helps non native eng with bad listening skills like me. Also waiting for Yoimiya's updated guide!

  12. Well, I think you made it pretty clear it's not worth spending my resin on her instead of most other units in the game.
Sad, she is pretty but still bad.
Tenacity is an ATK and shield strength buffing set so neither Neuvilette nor Furina can benefit from it and it doesn't improve Dehya's "not shield" protection.

  13. I've incorporated Dehya to by 36* abyss teams by relying on her defensive and off-field playstyle rather than her burst. She mitigates damage and pairs well with Furina and healers better than the shielders.

  14. I've been playing a lot of Wriothesley, Baizhu, Dahya, Kazuha lately, and it's lots of fun.
You get Baizhu's burst providing interrupt resistance and repeated off-field dendro application, that works well with Dehya's off-field pyro for lots of burning.
As long as you start with a little bit of Wrio's cryo application before swirling it all over the place, you get a decent amount of melt once Dehya drops her circle, which triggers burning when Baizhu does his thing (and if you give him TTDS he boosts Wrio's ATK too).
