For almost new players, I recommend playing physical Keqing/Razor, Rosaria, Diona, Kokomi, since you probably have Rosaria, Diona and Kokomi from recent banners. It's a very high on-build crit rate party with pretty high damage autos that makes new players happy, also a shield, tons of heal, immobile enemies, and works well with easy to obtain weapons like from blacksmith or for Razor the new event's King of the Sea.

Thank you for going over her fair enough. I think her cons are definitely worth it if you enjoy her as a character like any other Genshin character. Everyone works at c0 and it’s up to the individual to decide what’s worth investing in. It’s like how I went for C4 Zhongli when he was initially released. I loved shield characters and he has an amazing design. As for the unit herself I think her burst is scaled the way it does for a reason especially after getting my own and playtesting her with my own artifacts and comparing her with my other characters.
My Kokomi under elemental burst (EB) does around 3.5k-4.5k normal atks and ~8k charged atk at talent lvl 6. That’s usually what my other characters do when they crit with normal atks and her charged atk is similar to my Mona’s lvl 8 charged atk. So definitely she’s keeping up in damage under EB.
I think her and Raiden were designed with the concept of playing around their burst which may not be everyone’s style and anyone who wants to use them will have to learn to play around that. I also don’t really agree with the reasoning that just because we have Barbara for free that invalidates Kokomi for so many people. We technically got many amazing free 4* that can work for our dps teams and people are always going for more dps units. So I don’t see the issue going for different playstyle healers. We already know Genshin will be getting more and more mechanics implemented that will help bring value to different character archetypes like how shields were meh early in the game but now they’re a lot more appreciated. Right now the state of the game doesn’t value healers so much but I truly believe that will change with the upcoming patches where healers will be more valued and we will see different playstyles catered to.
I just pulled her at 5 pity and it is the first place I come. Your guides always help me, it is nice to have someone who is reliabl.

Just needed xinqiu but got her. After all the savings I did I wasted it all, I had a guarantee banner and was waiting for a rerun of some good character. Since I am a f2p I can't even property build her. RIP

i got her by accident, i was at 22 rolls when I got her so I wasn't expecting her at all, I'm here bcus I feel bad since I never wanted her in the first place.

i lost the 50/50 in raiden and now has a guaranteed and i will be pulling for her because she's pretty.
I was on 50/50, I got Xingqiu on my 29th wish and thought to myself:
Hey!! What if I could get another xingqiu? Pfft, It's not like I will get a 5* right? Right?? I don't even have 10 wishes. And even if I did, I always lose my 50/50 so there is no way I would ever get Kokomi? RIGHT??????? I GOT HER AT 32ND WISH GODDAMMIT AND I CAN'T EVEN RAISE HER I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE OR ARTIFACTS!!!!!! HeLP mE!!
