  26. I am really not sure what they thought with Wandering Evenstar. It feels like it was made for a catalyst user that scales off ATK and EM at the same time (so either Dendro or Electro in most cases), but then they never released a character that really works with that. Only one I can think of is Lisa, but since you want her burst most of the time (if you don't play her C6), an ER weapon will most likely be preferable. Which leaves you with the buff for other team members and that one is just so small. Like even at R5, if you have a character with like 600 EM, the buff is a total 86 ATK for other team members (and 144 if you have 1000 EM). Which seems to be way too small to really mean much. Especially since that is a weapon you can only get from the weapon banner in the first place, so good luck getting it to R5. They should have just dropped the 30% for other characters (or at least make it a bit bigger) to make it somewhat worthwhile.

    I guess it still kind of works for Citlali, because you get EM and the buff is something, but it feels like one of the most wasted weapons in the game. Which you could say is good, because it means, you never have to pull for it on the weapon banner. Compared to something like Xiphos' Moonlight, which is an actual good Kazuha support weapon.

  31. I've been using the Mappa Mare weapon for citlali. It is an EM weapon which grants damage buffs after triggering an elemental reaction It's a craftable 4 star so I think it's pretty solid
