Serpent spine beats out damage from everything in this list by leaps and bounds according to various calculations. Attack scaling weapons are trash on him, and WGS’s passive is still bad since his best teammates are HP or DEF scaling. Horrible list.
Just so you guys know, Serpent Spine should be ahead of Whiteblind. R1 outdamages R5 Whiteblind, and R5 Serpent beats everything other than his BIS claymore.

Serpent Spine is good, but also is not F2P and it's stacks dependent, while Whiteblind is F2P and non stacks dependent, so for people saying that it is "definitely" better, you are wrong. It is true that the best weapon for now with the information we have, theory crafters say its the new weapon and then Serpent Spine would be the second best in damage in ideal situations at R5 and then Whiteblind. This "list" is on Ittomains on reddit. It's likely to be the case because this pattern exists in Noelle and the other Claymore users with different weapons but Serpent Spine is always around "best 4 star" sadly for me battlepass is not good.
I have a R3 Whiteblind on my Noelle so when Itto comes home, she'll need to surrender her weapon
