  10. I won my 4th 50/50 on neuvillette c1. More happy than losing and having guranteed for that cringe archon,, if i have lost i would have gone for Arlecchino c1 or Clorinde 😮‍💨

  15. Okay so she is the character I wanted most from Natlan and the way her kit looks now I don't see how she could be any good.
    -Shield is half to one third of Zhongli's and below even Layla
    -EM is the most difficult stat to build for. You're almost guaranteed to have minimal or no crit if you go triple EM main stat and you can't do EM/Cryo/CR because characters have no such this as "base elemental mastery". You'd lose almost all of your shield by doing that. So she does no damage.
    -EM as a stat is not useful for Cryo units. Freeze doesn't use it, Superconduct is weak, Melt requires high Crit and Cryo Dmg stats to do good damage which she won't have, and there is no such thing as a Dendro reaction for the element.
    -Resistance reduction applies to fewer elements than Zhongli's
    -Guessing her exploration ability is crap outside Natlan like the others.

    This video sounds like an ad not a fair review.

  21. I need a builded cryo character, a shielder and a 5* Natlan Character for exploration, so i'm pulling for her YES OR YES, i have guarante so she cant say no, if i'm lucky i'll try to get Mavuika but Citlali is priority for me

  25. Guys should go for best dps mavuika or go citlali, i have already xilonen and arlechino but i have also c1 furina. C1 yelan , kazuha , nahida , alhatiam and Neuvilet but imeginrun trater need dps and abyss need natlan dps cant decide

  29. Looks like another great support in Neuvi team. I see her replacing Kazuha in C0 Neuvi teams. Provides shield and shred hydro res, what else do you need. Neuvi can work fine without Kazuha since he can AOE himself, so Citlali would be a perfect fit alongside Furina and Xilonen.

  35. I just got Zhongli because I love him and wanted a shielder for my Alrecchino, but now Citlali sounds like an amazing partner for her arrghhh! Well, I'm happy with my Neuvilette and Zhongli and I'm planning on pulling for Arle's polerarm, I can always wait for Citlali's rerun (unless she gets done like Wrio… wait she's cryo… oh no)
    Still I do run Yelan with Alrecchino already and the vaporize comp with them and Zhongli and Bennet is already very powerful so honestly I don't think I "need" her, but idk.

  39. Neuvi, furina, kazuha, citlali (she probably will vecome vest shielder for neuvi c0)

    Chasca, furina, bernett, citlali. Another great team for her, and super amazing for exploration since can switch between her and chasca.

    For pyro like hu tao and arlecchino, we need to see 1st since i worries her cryo appli is not enough for arle and hu tao pyro appli, and have hydro character like yelan can ruin the application.

    If you want your citlali to be usable,you are gonna need to use this Artifact set written bellow.

    artifact set:
    "Better be good or else"

    2pc:emotional dmg +20%

    4pc:grants an additional 30% emotional damage if ororon decides to run away.Thats not all!,this also activates the passive effect "supreme rage" which slows nearby ororons when they try to run away.

    Weapon;catalyst

       
    her best in slot is her
    signature weapon:"Anti aging kit"(level 90,and r5)

    Stats;
    elemental mastery:425
    crit rate:57%

    Passive effect:whenever the target tries to run away,your onfield character will gain the effect "Im older than i look" which grants a 40% speed boost and a whopping 50% emotional damage bonus.

    And any of these "F2P" weapons will do will do:
    1)the widsith
    2)kaguras verity
    3)tome of eternal flow
    4)cashflow supervision

    Talents;
    Upgrade priority
    1)basic attack(attacks uaing diferent types of weapons)
    2)elememtal burst(upgrades the weapons and applies a cryo aoe)
    3)elemental skill(switch between weapons)

     Normal attack:frustration(level 10)

    -deals major emotional damage using diferent weapons due to stress and frustration.

    elemantal skill:rage arsenal

    -citlali's skill grants her the ability to choose
    from a variety of weapons.

     weapon 1:"The almighty shogu-uhh i mean…the Belt(mid range)"

    -Deals mid ranged damage and leaves a mark on the enemy when hit.Targeted enemies defenses will decrease by 8% per hit,capped at 80%.

    weapon 2:"The Slipper(long range)"

    -throws a slipper dealing lethal damage to far away enemies.
    (Damage is increased depending on the enemies distance)

    Weapon 3:"The coat hanger(short range)"

    -deals short ranged burst damage that leaves a painful mark after impact.The mark detonates 5 seconds after it is applied.

    Elemental Burst;
    "seing stars?"

    -enhances your current weapon and slows all nearby opponents by creating a snowstorm around herself.

    Enhanced effects for weapons:

    Belt:attack speed buff amd increased crit dmg(30%).

    Slipper:"barrage",deals a barrage of slippers to nearby enemies.

    Hanger:increased range and detonation speed.(Detonation speed:from 5s to 2.5s)

       

    Constelations(c6 btw)

    C1:grants speed effect if there are no enemies in sight.

    C2:reserves power until ororon does something shtupid. 

    C3:reserves energy for ororons next runaway.

    C4:grants map vision,and slows nearby ororons by 10% of their current speed.

    C5:after using citlali's skill,she activates the passive effect "bomb bardment"which rules that everytime citlali attacks she now aplies a detonation mark on the enemy which detonates within 5 seconds.

    C6:increase all party members crit rate by 30% and crit dmg by 70%,and also increases her skills def shred cap to 100%.
