A cryo character?! In MY Genshin Impact?!
is rosaria much better than c6 kaeya for a team with arlecchino, citlali and bennett? I did not want to raise her since my kaeya is already built

Does someone know if Crit Damage is better than EM?
I mean if she triggers Melt, what will deal more damage?
For example is it better to have 1300EM but no Crit damage or 800EM but 100% Crit damage?

Unrelated but the reason why i personally tend to go for weapons over cons is mainly cuz u can unequip them unlike cons 😭

Just be honest and tell us she is really bad for a 5 star and we'll regret pulling for her.
She is bad at all but 2 categories even on your ranking and even in those she barely made it past the halfway rating of 3. How can you say that's a good pull?
Neuvielette or Furina would probably rank 5 stars in like 3 of those categories each, now that's a good pull you can't regret. Citali feels like this jack of all trades, master of none character like Dehya, not as bad as her but same problem. Want shield and RES shred? Get Zhongli. Want buff and off field damage? Get Furina, Kazuha, or even Xilonen. Citali is inferior to all of them. She is not a good pull unless they add an EM scaling Dendro reaction for Cryo lol
Quick question should I prioritize getting my c2 Shenhe to c6 or getting citlali c2 instead and leave Shenhe as is?
I've just C2R1'd Chasca, and while Mavuika's potential seems kind of unrivaled in Natlan teams, Citlali's so much more appealing despite her niche… and I love playing sub dpses on-field (she has the funniest basic attacks)
I'll probably go C2 first and R1 if I have anything left (I want Childe, too). Don't judge me, please.)

eventually i have get her c6r1 for my freeze team… for my c3r1 neuvillette, furina(plan to c3 her eventually), mualani c0 prototype amber and scroll set.
for citlali i plan to c2r1 her and save primogems knowing it takes so long for cryo characters to rerun. i probably can save for a year to get her 4 last dupes.
