I'm stuck between Ningguang and Beidou! Ning is C0 and Beidou is C5! So is it worth getting Beidou to full C6 or would Ning get a better boost being C1??? Anyone can help with your opinions please?

I'm so torn between C1 Ningguang or C2 Beidou.. 😵
Could someone please tell me if I really want a character like jean, klee or zhongli do I have to wait for a banner of that character to come out before I can get them?? I've spent tons of money on each banner and I just can't do it anymore but I never get 5* characters even on the banners!

idk why but i've been grinding chongyun artifacts and weapons to use him… even though I have better 5 star characters 🙁
You forgot to mention Ningguang can detect ores on the mini map wich is super useful. Plus she is the only Catalyst user who can break those rocks.
Just started last week, and I currently use C0 qiqi xiangling Barbara and Lisa. I got c1 xinyan but I didn't use her.. Which one will you suggest to get guys 😭 I need help cause I'm still learning here and there 😭
