"Cuilien-Anbar" is her ult. She's not literrate since she was imprisoned when she was a child but she's trying her best to either say "Collei and Amber" or "Collei-Amber" which is adorable.
Well that's a reunion in the making, I honestly wonder if in the story quest we get to see Amber and Collei interact, if not it might be something like a hangout event, either way those 2 need to meet up again, it's been a long while since they last met up.
