i actually thought that you will say "the sinner" in the end but i was surprised with paimon lol, anyway all of this really does make sense but the part about the second who came when they change history about themselves and the primordial one in the irminsul is probably wrong because the irminsul doesn't have a history about them in the first place because they are like the traveler.
Hmm. Well the PO winning is pretty likely but the explanation for the change of personality is simple enough and is told us in the lines "The Keeper is fading, the Creator has not come". The PO is out of the picture for some reason and a lieutenant is filling in aka "Keeper" or "Sustainer". In addition this Keeper may be the 1st heir of the Gnostic Chorus in which case they have been manipulated by the snake into thinking they (and not the PO) are the true rulers of Teyvat. This sounds a lot like the corruption that can happen with Forbidden Knowledge or Abyssal energy, both of which seem linked to the 2nd Throne. Also if the lieutenant of the PO (presumably a shade) got dinged in the war it might explain not only their poor judgment but also the fact that they are "fading" (wounded/poisoned).
By contrast I don't see a lot of merit to the idea the 2nd Throne won. If Celestia is the 2nd throne why do they care about humans at all? Why not just kill them all? Why have a system of Archons to protect humans? Plus which two forces are fighting in the Chasm if it's not the 1st throne vs the 2nd throne aka Celestia vs the Abyss?
Even Celestia wanting to cover up the past makes more sense if Celestia is run by a corrupted / wounded Shade. If they are corrupted to think they are the real original god and king of Teyvat, they might not like people going around saying "no, you're merely a creation of the PO". I really don't see any motivation for a victorious 2nd throne to bother to pretend to be anyone else. If they won the war then nobody left alive is going to trouble them.
well this theory would have been reliable until the new nahida second quest nibuleng is hinted to be alive and apep also told that he went to abyss to bring FK(FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE)
so many theorist have already told that nibelung could have transformed into a weird abomination and attacked celestia and when he did P.O didn't recognize neither istaroth so thatswhy she must've told her scribe to write second who came now this theory also isn't that reliable but it does explain smthing also..but also after he won P.O AKA GIGA CHAD

there is no mention of who won or if it was a draw or what happened at the end of the fight between the dragons and celestia, it is only known that the dragons caused a cataclysm that can be described in before the sun and the moon that sent enkanomiya towards under the sea.
There is also no mention of phanes outside the book before the sun and the moon, literally everyone knows the celestial principles that speak of various individuals not of phanes, added to the whole it is not known if, to begin with, phanes is already alive who could have died or sacrificed to save teyvat and from its fragments the current gods will be born, like Greek mythology with several gods who, after their defeat, other gods and beings are born from their blood.
Lastly, 3 key pieces are missing in all that event from 6000 years ago, the first we do not know anything about Celestia's side, and the second the event was erased from the records and the dragons that almost destroyed Teyvat, the latter said by Apep, never they were condemned or set up as villains, in fact they ended up helping the celesitas through the archons in the case of Dvalin until now and surely Apep in his thirst for knowledge ends up allying with nahida.
And the third, what happened at the end of that battle? Why did the dragon king stop fighting even though Celestia was already weak to the point of being silent for a long time?
we know a lot about one side but nothing about the other side of celestia, it is too early to say that we know the secrets of it.

I always have issues with theories that the second who came is impersonating the Primordial One because there's too many indications that correlate to the duality between Dragons and P.O in the war caused by the second who came (I mean, are the dragons/Dragon King ruling Teyvat? hard to believe since their whole point is being losers at current time), but I will play devil's advocate and point a really obvious "plotline" derivated from gnosticism (as a very well known primary inspiration for Celestia and the worldbuilding) – So gnostics, as a branch of early cristianism, also had a lot of issues with the biblical texts that we perceive now – the important one I would point is the diference between the God's personality in the old testament and the new testament. The old one being a punishing god and the new one being a forgiving god. Well, as said, they weren't only gnostics, they were also christians, and the way they menaged to answer this concern is what we know of gnosticism today: the old testament God was the Demiurge who dethroned the Original Christian God prior to the old testament events – after that, Jesus, as a human incarnation of the Original God comes back and menages to put the real God in place of this fake demiurge. This also brings their interpretation about Lucifer and some demons (such as Paimon, Barbathos… Well you get it) – I mean, they rebeled against the demiurge – they aren't supposed to be real "devils" for the gnostics, and Lucifer, also, gives knowledge to the humans in the Eden, through the Apple, the original Sin – A very direct relation between Sin and Knowledge remembers me of what? well.. It would certainly make sense with the worldbuilding of Teyvat, with the "gods" being the "fallen angels", the obvious imaginary of the treveler and both Jesus and Lucifer (or the Sinner having some information about the Original God)… And obviously, the Demiurge dethroning the O.G.
The primordial one was cut into pieces. If you read the manga it looks like its brain is still suspended in Celestia
Fascinating theory. I really enjoy the lore and speculation videos. Although we don't know the whole truth yet, we probably will end up having our questions answered in the end, it's still a very interesting theory that should be taken into consideration. I mean, this is the point of the whole video, it's a theory video, something that some people don't understand. It's just speculations, nothing concrete. Everyone can have their doubts, but they still should be respectful towards the content creators that make these theories video since they are as I said, just theories. I also like to speculate about different stuff like the location of the remaining nations on the map, and their geographical aspects, but that doesn't mean it's true, and the end product, it's still just my own speculations. This was a really interesting video, definitely learned some things that I didn't know before.

My theory is bit more out there than the second who came won theory. I think that the second who came still lost but the contamination of forbidden knowledge caused celestia to disperse the nails , to protect the rest of teyvat. The chasm is where the solar chariot hit, but who was inside it? And what came after? Abyssal invasion.
Then the nail came which converted the forbidden knowledge into the black ooze so it's less damaging (though still nasty)
I'm still on the side of the second who came is the sinner and he was placed within the crystal and thrown down from celestia in the chariot.
However I think the PO themselves used so much power that they themselves are not in celestia, and that maybe paimon is the resulting entity. (much like nahida becoming a child again)
I wonder what the deal with The Unknown God is. A lot of people say its Paimon, but im pretty sure that was debunked.
