  6. Indeed, Candace is more for a general AoE scenario, and Yunjin is for those only doing literal single target.

    People tend to always compare the characters but they don't even assess what the characters can fully offer or offer differently.

  8. It really depends on what kind of team you're using and who your opponent is. People who say this character is better than that character don't understand what synergy is. They can be better or worse in 1 or more specific scenarios but never in all of Genshin.

  12. Nah I have a bone to pick with Candace
    I pulled for her like 3-5 times a day since her release and I managed to get Shinobu twice and heizou (two other characters that I didn't have) get my Sayu to c6 when she was on c2 and a con for Kaeya

    BUT I DIDNT GET CANDACE
    She is now the only 4 star that I don't have

  33. Also fun fact, Candace's normal attack talents (or her 1st, second, and third attacks at the very least) at their base levels ARE HIGHER THAN AYAKA'S ARE AT TALENT LEVEL 1!

    At level 1 Ayaka's normal attack talents are as follows:

    1 hit: 45.73%
    2 hit: 48.68%
    3 hit: 62.62%
    4 hit: 22.65%×3
    5 hit: 78.18%
    Charged attack: 55.13%×3
    Plunge damage: 63.93%
    Low/high plunge damage: 127.84%/159.68%

    So what is Candace's normal attack at level 1 talents?

    1 hit: 60.8 (which, for reference: at level 6 talent Ayaka's first attack is 66.5% which is insanely close)
    2 hit: 61.1
    3 hit: 35.5% + 43.4%
    4 hit: 94.9%
    Charged attack: 124.18
    And then they have the same plunging damage.

    Ayaka still outperforms Candace due to her actually being made to be a DPS as opposed to Candace but it was still genuinely terrifying to learn that a 4 star character who wasn't even intended to be a DPS character had base talent levels that came even slightly close to my talent level 6 Ayaka.

    And that's why even if Candace isn't anywhere near as strong as Ayaka and even if she's not a good DPS Candace has earned my respect soley because of that.

  35. I don’t even have her built yet. She’s only level 20, nothing on her but the event spear from the Razor event. I have her on my team for friendship points right now, and her ult is making my Diluc’s normal attack even better. He can make his own vaporize by having her ult. I love it, and can’t wait to fully build her. She definitely should have been a 5 star imo.

  45. most of us didn't know how to use her. also I don't use Yun Gin so both are in the same spot for me: in the abyss. ironically, I also don't play the spiral abyss so that's also in the abyss.
