I was genuinely curious about this controller. I have a physical disability (cerebral palsy) and when I heard about this controller I had doubts. For me I’ve taught myself how to play video games one handed with a regular controller; that controller just looks clunky. I think it’s made for people with less ability than me based off the video

If you're interested in alternative controllers, microsoft made one years ago that seemed to be good. Only used it once or twice since I don't own one though so I don't have a strong opinion on it.
For making this one controller work more easily on PC, may I suggest trying JoyToKey? It's a very small program that doesn't even require installing, and it works wonders for when you want to use bullshit controllers so it should work for this one.
Example : I can use some makeymakeys to transform anything that conducts electricity – like, canned food – into an input that JoyToKey will recognize. And I can say that, when I tap on the can, it's like pressing the space bar. That's also what I use whenever I want to use my joycons on my PC, which is why I think a Sony controller should be fine with this software ^^
I thought there was a way to auto-burst when switching characters that you could toggle on in the menu somewhere, maybe I just dreamed it
