I had a 50/50 on this 90 pull for Hu Tao since i got guarenteed Ganyu last banner. Then I got Hu Tao. Then I spent 20 wishes on the weapon banner cause hey why not Lithic weapons seem neat and that Wolf Gravestone is edgey AF Its not like I'll get the Staff of Homa… And then I got the Staff of Homa. If luck was real my year would be screwed to hell and back cause I just blew it all.

I think there's a special place in hell for gacha game devs right next to laywers.
Bro, i'll just tell you so this doesn't happen to you again. There's a good RNG manip for this cases. Once you got guarranteed pity and you're at 69 or 74 wishes, just cook and aim for a 12% double sucess food. Then pull. I myself got both homa and hu-tao useing this. Hu-Tao took 19 pulls and homa came after cooking as well; didn't even have to deal with the 50-50 for hu-tao.
