Diluc was my very first 5 star and he’s been with me since the beginning of the game. So I decided to give him a spotlight showcase on what he can do 🙂
Even though he’s quite power creeped by lots of new char, he is still one of my favorite.
He has low energy cost, low cooldown, shield breaking capability, no stamina management, doesn’t rely on constellation, give consistent DPS, and most of all has pretty cool design.
