This update takes us back to the Golden Apple Archepelgo, where Klee's island adventure was!
And apperently Diluc's skin is a 5 star skin, in that it has new idle animations and even changes how his skills look, Fishl's u can get for free from the event, and her Eye is indeed a different color then normal.
The Sumeru Teaser is official, they actually had to upload it seperately since the reveal stream on twitch was so bad the stream actually crashed during it and was in bad quality mode all the time.

Genshin 2.7 Fantastic Compass Quest is one of the best Stories in the game with Xiao, Itto, Yelan, Yanfei, & Shinobu….but this 2.8 looks fun
Summer Fantasia is just "Forgotten Characters be Un-forgotten + Kazuha bc he sells". Just the other day I got a random commission that basically says Mona's been missing for some time, after figuring out how to make more money (I deadass thought they were implying prostitution but thankfully doesn't seem to be the case). Wonder if the event clarifies on that further.
The new outfits are BUSSIN' my guy. Fischl's looks like Fallen Rosemary default made a baby with Elysia's maid costume to me (and the crown reminds me of Violet Executioner TeriTeri).
Sumeru reveal was so hype vro got hit with Dendro Elemental Reaction live on camera kekw. Though I am not TOO excited bc traversal Genshin is poopoo was such a large world. Climbing is easily the weakest traversal element in the game, but if I were to go into details, I'd be here for hours. Shit's janky AF and never got better. I hope trees aren't as big as Liyue mountains…
