The latest information confirmed that 3.0 would be shortened for a week, meaning that 2nd anniversary will be on early 3.1 instead of late 3.0.
Version 3.0 was originally planned to be updated on Aug 24 and ended on Oct 4, but after this adjustment, version 3.0 will end on Sep 27 and version 3.1 will be updated on Sep 28, meaning that the first day of 3.1 is also 2nd anniversary.
Therefore, anniversary events such as daily-login event, primogems rewards and top-up bonus reset will also be adjusted to 3.1.

Guys the anniversary rewards will be better as time goes on. In honkai, first anniversary rewards were 4 pulls and a skin while previous anniversary was 15+ pulls and a free character.
