i just got my Noelle to c6 last week so if i get more starglitter i might pick up a Beidou or 2, not sure though as i have not invested anything into her and am waiting for Amber to be back in the shop so i can get her constellations (Beidou is a really cool waifu though, i love her tomboy-ish-ness a lot and she is a general badass (i love Noelle too but in the best friend or sister kind of way as she is 15 i think))

Hey Seka, I disagree with your opinion on the royal weapons. Hear me out: the royal weapon passive proccs with any damage done, skills, burst and multi hit. Higher base atk means higher damage cap. Using a royal weapon opens up using a crit damage head piece since the you will get consistent crit rate because of the royal passive. And finally, the reason for you to use a royal weapon is that you can use a crit build with only 20% crit rate and still have consistent crits. Any stats that you don't have to use in crit rate can go to atk or crt damage. These weapons only need refine 1 while almost all other need the refine 5
