You know, this kinda reminds me of a crack prediction I made way back before Eula was even a thing (lmao). A friend of mine had a feeling that Fontaine is going to be where Genshin's story take a sad and serious turn, since its about justice and all. I agree with her, but I imagined that since Celestia is right above Fontaine, we might also see Celestia in action for the first time. Fontaine might be straight up decimated by a skyfrost nail.
It was much less sensible back then. Right now, we know that the nails have been done more than once (back then it was only dragonspine), things in the world map can actually change, and Fontaine is the most advanced nation in terms of technology (Maybe even getting close to Khaen'riah?). There is an actual possibility of them making Fontaine has like, the capital and another city akin to Port Ormos, which both have the usual functionalities, then have Fontaine obliterated at the end of the archon quest. Nothing makes a villain more imposing than having them actually do something horrible in front of our eyes.
