I think Skyward Spine will be great for Baal. It won't be staying as a bad weapon any longer.
Question. I am building Keqing electro. Which sword would be better. The new craftable 4 star or the BP black sword? In case I have the name wrong. The one with crit main stat and healing secondary.
If you're F2P or just buy welkin pass then its easy – you don't ever wish on any weapon banners since you don't have the primogems for it.
End of the story. Every weapon that you get equals a 5* character that you won't get as a result.
Plus the dual featured weapons exist to further fuck you over even worse than 50% chance on char banners.
One character you missed who benefits greatly from mistsplitter is traveler (at least anemo traveler). The anemo attack at the end of a normal attack chain does proc stack 1 (personally tested), and the 12% all elemental bonus might apply to both anemo and swirled damage at the same time (I haven't been able to accurately test this one). I don't want to bait anybody because every risk you've stated in the video is very much real, but I felt this was information worth having if anyone is adamant about pulling for this weapon and use anemo traveler.
C6 Kazuha exists, just letting you know
It's so good for Bennett as long as you don't have many ER on artifact substats, my Bennet can do 60-80k melt dmg per skill

I guess the consolation for getting Skyward Spine is that it's probably going to be good on Raiden Shogun when she comes out.
