I think Baizhu being a healer is such a low hanging fruit that Hoyo will intentionally destroy our expectations. If I had a second guess, he will provide some form of DoT reminiscent to poison. At least, for me, that's still in-character despite his doctor persona.
Baizhu as a shielder will help cyno and alhaitham
from the order they were revealed in
Baizhu would be a 4 star
Kaveh would be a 5 star

I’m going to have such an overdose of Dendro characters in my roster after this banner. I already have all the others that have been released, but I can’t skip Kaveh and Baizhu! I also really hope Kaveh works well with Alhaitham, and without constellations, otherwise I’ll probably be waiting years before I can use him. Sara and Faruzan are still collecting dust on the bench 😔

If they end up making Baizhu a 4*, I'll be severely disappointed… might even take a break from genshin at that point. I've wanted him ever since I first saw him in Liyue way back near release. I still remember back when we thought he was going to be our first male catalyst user.
As for Kaveh, I really like his design. I love the combo of blond hair with red eyes, him having hair ties is adorable, and the red details on his clothes alongside the white shirt are great… in conclusion, he's perfect. I hope they give him a good kit.
