Chasca will be the next playable 5-star character from Natlan, set to release alongside Ororon in version 5.2. However, there’s no information about Ororon’s kit just yet. The only thing we know is that he will be a 4-star Electro bow user.

Now, Chasca will be a 5-star Anemo bow user, and according to Project Enka, her Normal Attacks can trigger Night Spirit. Her charged attacks will likely deal more damage. Her skill reportedly has two modes: a short press or tap that will make her float above the ground, and a long press version that triggers Night Spirit mode, giving her horizontal movement. According to older info, the flying duration of Chasca’s skill surpasses Wanderer’s, but that’s likely limited to Natlan only. This should also help with exploration, similar to other Natlan characters like Mualani, Xilonen, Kinich, and Kachina.

Her Elemental Burst will possibly trigger coordinated attacks, similar to Xingqiu or Yelan, and will reset the cooldown on her Elemental Skill. She seems like she’ll take on the role of a sub-DPS similar to Yelan and Xingqiu, but with Anemo instead of Hydro. Her Anemo vision has been showcased several times in the story, and this should be confirmed once the drip marketing for 5.2 is released, likely on October 8th, just before the 5.1 update.

Enka has also shared some information about Chasca’s talents. According to the info, her first talent increases attack and damage based on the elements of other party members. There’s older information suggesting she can transform her element into Hydro, Electro, Pyro, or Cryo—only one of the four—so Geo and Dendro won’t be part of her kit. Her second talent allows Chasca’s arrows to trigger Night Spirit and Dispersion effects, and her third talent allows her charged attacks to recover energy for the entire team, which is pretty useful.

Moving on, Project Enka also shared details about her signature weapon. Chasca’s signature bow will have the highest attack in the game if the leaks are accurate. It could provide a massive 741 attack with 22% Crit Damage. While Kinich’s signature weapon offers the same attack bonus, his weapon only has 11% Crit Rate at level 90, so Chasca’s bow seems better stat-wise.

As for the passive effects, it gives a 28% Normal and Charged Attack damage buff, though we don’t know if that’s at R1 or a higher refinement level. When Chasca is using this weapon, her damage will be further increased in Night Spirit mode. Additionally, charged shots in Night Spirit mode will recover energy, making it a pretty valuable weapon.

That’s all the info we have on Chasca’s kit for now. Version 5.2 is expected to drop around November 20, so if you’re planning to pull for her, start saving those Primogems if you’re a free-to-play player.
