Cyno will be broken IF ELECTRO HAS VALUE Dendro supposedly amplifies Electro so maybe that’ll buff electro otherwise he will be mid at best or possibly good dps like Raiden at C2. Yae Miko wasn’t that strong tho so just take that into consideration.
