The location of the wreckage is directly across the waverider waypoint on the easternmost island (between twinning isle and pudding isle. it has the sandy part under it). Once you're at the wave rider, head north west and it will be directly across from it inside the yellow circle. You're looking for bubbles

The wreckage is at the north west part of the yellow circle, almost at the very edge 🙂 Look at the T on the twinning isle and head directly underneath it basically (still in the circle)
For anyone curious i think it randomises the location of the wreck based on the order in which you investigate the bubbles. Basically whichever bubble you investigate last out of the 3 will be the one you need?
