From my experience playing Tighnari his best teams are spread and aggravate. The team I use for him has him, Yaoyao, Yae Miko, and Kirara. I call it Sanity Paws. I'm not sure off the top of my head what blue characters you could use other than Tighnari and Raiden. Possibly Kujou and either Venti for the crowd control or Slayla for shields

Oh the jump boosters make your jump really high like in the chasm on the windy pads and you can jump over the balloons so you can 180 the direction youre pushing them in since they constantly move away from you otherwise.

i really think u should be able to use the hydro traveler, she is blue even if not fully her flower turns blue and everything ‼️
so as a tighnari main, r5 slingshot is tighnari's BIS before 5 star options! it has crit rate and a really solid passive on him as long as it's maintained (that is him being relatively close to the enemies). it's really weirdly busted on him since he cares more about em than attack usually. just thought I'd share that!
I feel like Navia is definitely not blue nearly enough, but at this point you have a whole bunch of characters that can make two or three solid teams for clearing different content. I'm not sure if it's still truly challenging to only go for blue hair. In that case it might be okay to just drop the challenge and pull for characters like Navia who are only blue in spirit 😀 Or stick to the original blue hair idea and find some other challenging elements for the account.

MH can be good on anyone as long as they're paired with furina, if youre having trouble getting a good crit ratio, then it can be considerable. For tighnaris's weapon, you can go with hamayumi (craftable) or even Ibis piercer for some nice em since you have r5. As for his energy recharge, 147 is definitely over the top, 120-130 is alright for uptime. Also, doesn't raiden have violet hair, not blue? Wanderers' hair is lighter and more blueish compared to raiden.
You can use the 3 star crit damage bow for Tighnari.

it was fun playing with You and Grace! I didn't realise how many blue fourth members we had at the time, also you turn into a ball and slowly teleport back to the center as a punishment for camping infront of other people's goals. I don't know about "Taking it easy" but I definitely wasn't try harding either, at times I'd put points in other goals haha, I did get 71 points against some friends one time.
Hope you can still get Ayaka! It was so amazing to see so many playable characters in the Roses and Muskets event and 3 of them being blue💙! Can't wait for your surprise I'm already dying to know!!!!
