ngl I thought this would be using only the female child models. There are no official heights for the characters, so I'm not sure how you're separating out some of the teen girls rather than others.

Yeah, there are no rate-ups at all on the Standard Banner, so you can get anyone that's on it. So there are no guarantees. That's why it's usually better to use your resources on the limited character banner, so you can at least try to predict who you are more likely to get. But unlike the featured 5-star, there's no guaranteed Pity on getting the featured 4-stars. It's all just luck. And unfortunately only the Beginner and Standard Banners use Acquaint Fates.
