I don't have Raiden but she's an easy skip for me. I have Cyno, Beidou, Fishl, Kuki, and Yae Miko. I can't think of a single use for Raiden that isn't already fulfilled by someone else I own and have built, so I'll be skipping in favour of Nahida

I only have ayato for my dps right now and I've only been playing for almost 3 months. I am considering on pulling for raiden so I can put her on a national team since my xiangling is well built and we will be having benneth on the banner. I also want to build a hyperbloom for my ayato so that I can have a solid 2 teams. Should I go with this plan?

c0 raiden is in the meta, ive cleared the recent 4.x abysses with her, her new team with yelan jean and furina is already very good without c2, you are also discrediting the fact that raiden is the best hyperbloom trigger

When you don’t have many characters yet, pull for more units to find your playstyle. If you already have enough characters to make at least 2 core teams, then only start going for constellations. For me, I’m going to pull Raiden to C2 this time!
I have Raiden C1 and Nahida C0 with her signature weapon. So I’m going to go for C2 Raiden and her weapon now because I’ve been using SkywardSpine for Raiden.
I love Raiden as I love her design and she freakin carried my Abyss experience even with just C1.
For Yoimiya, I have her and using skyward bow and she’s already hitting like a truck. I got lucky with the artifacts and she’s sitting at 90%Crit rate and 240% Cdmg. Dealing 300k on the last hit with melt or vaporize.
Everyone can be meta if you played them properly. Heck my friend doesn’t even use 5stars in the abyss and he can clear it no problem. He’s just building and playing the characters properly.

i want nahida and raiden but my primogems can only choose one so i'll go with raiden cause i like her and love her design and im going to skip nahida and waiting and saving for ganyu. top priority this year is raiden signature weapon ,ganyu,eula cons and signature weapon the rest is skip.
As a player who started playing this week is it worth it to pull for the raiden banner
Feel like people saying don’t go for Raiden unless you’re going for her c2 either haven’t player her or don’t know to build/ use a proper team for her… Raiden is still goated at c0 and then becomes the GOAT at c2. She’s never not good, she just gets significantly better w/ her cons, that’s it. 😪

i was gonna go for raiden at first but since im half f2p (only bought welkin) i HAVE to watch leaks because if i dont ill end up pulling a character i like but then a character that i like more and is stronger shows up then ill have many regrets, when nahida gets her archon run since she hasnt had it yet ill go for her instead since i dont have many good dendro characters and shes very useful in exploration aswell

I don't really care about META. I have some characters I want from the moment I started the game. And one of them is Raiden, so I will pull for her regardless she is META or not.
Guys don't forget that you are the one to decide who you want to pull for. If you like the character, then pull for her/him, just try to enjoy the game and don't listen to someone trashtalking the character just because he/her is not in the current meta
