  6. the thing is how without nahida and baizhu, alhaitham can still hit hard. it’s crazy how f2p friendly he is as a dps.

    i have both at c0.

    as end game player, i have most of the characters at c0. so yes, i do have kazuha, kokomi & shenhe for ayaka. nahida for alhaitham.

    both teams are insanely good tbh. but given how situational ayaka’s freeze team, i’d say alhaitham’s team is more flexible in the abyss.

    i run ayaka in freeze ofc. and i run alhaitham in spread (with fischl & kuki).

  16. few things to consider:
    1. the pma can't be frozen and you're losing out on 20 crit rate from ayaka that way (while there is no loss for Al)
    a) i counted 14-15 burst ticks for ayaka and only 4 of them crit when her burst is most of her dmg
    2. Al is using nahida, who has considerably high personal dmg despite not being the main dps, aganist only kazuha contributing noteworthy damage on ayaka's side
    3. 4pc vv's anemo shred ran out two seconds into ayaka's time (barely enough for 2 burst ticks) and kazuha's a4 buff expired two seconds after. losing 40% resistance shred and about 40% cryo dmg bonus? that's more than if you were missing your entire goblet.

  20. Alhaitham over Ayaya any day.
    Ayaka requires either Mona or Kokomi to be good. while Alhaitham is WAYY more flexible and f2p friendly. Sure Nahida is VERY good with him, but she can be replaced by dendro traveler, who is literally free.. unlike Mona who you can never guarantee to come to you, and Kokomi who is a limited 5*

  21. Ayaka is so broken she beat the boss quicker than Al even with a less than stellar rotation and no freeze.

    No disrespect to Alhaitham, he's the best Sumeru DPS, but I think we'll have to wait till the Cryo Archon to see powercreep on Ayaka.
