Genshin Impact FINALLY Explains the 8TH ELEMENT | Genshin Theory Talk

In this Genshin Theory Talk, we discuss what we saw at the end of Genshin Impact Version 3.3 Special Livestream regarding the potential 8th Element of Genshin Impact: Omni-Element. This is my initial thoughts after watching and reacting to the official Genshin Impact Livestream. I just wanted to share my thoughts and get this out there to see if what everyone thinks of this idea!

  1. I like how everyone's perception of Strongest is basically a rainbow like for example in a lot of anime the mc's last form of power is basically rainbow color when it manifests

  2. A theory just popped in my head…..
What if Dain is us (aether) from future cuz he has blond hair like is and looks familiar…
We have completed our journey and something wrong happened in future so dain comes to us to help us in the past and he is the one who erased lumine's memories from the irmensel and changed his name in future to Dainsleif forever

  3. I do think we’ll be getting at least one more new element. I refuse to believe that we won’t get a new element through the rest of Genshin’s lifespan. I believe there’s a lot of potential with elements and new elements. If we end up getting Dain as a playable character then that’s a new element. It’ll probably be exclusive to him though. The Sustainer as another example. I do believe we’ll probably get characters with powers only exclusive to that character.

  4. Sounds to me more like just a card game convenience so you don't have to roll for specific elements all the time, but Paimon's symbol being the symbol for is curious.

  5. i'm not sure if you have noticed or thought about this but, you always get ONE extra "oculus" in each region (including dragonspine) sure, it may be to help players upgrade the statues but it's kinda pointless since you can make the resonance stones and pinpoint each oculus you are missing.
what if this is a hint? it has already been shown that the traveler can use multiple elements at once (in cutscenes) so what if he would gain the power of the 8th element after going through all the regions and upgrading all the statues?
hell, why are the statues even in ruin? is your mission to power up the existing archons for something? maybe that's the mission your twin failed at and you will become the "pure" element at the end of the story by using the power from all the statues in all the regions

  6. When the traveler got all those in archon quest he changed into gold mode or maybe Omni element I think the goal is that the traveler collects all of the elements so he will be able to use Omni.

  7. The Omni element is literally just a means of balancing and making TGC less restrictive.

I'm confident that it means NOTHING.

And, I'm not going to lie it sort of felt like you were just trying your best to tie together completely separate strings, especially with the comparison to the omni-present god. Omni-present just means to be everywhere at once, likely referring to visions since the statue is directly tied to them. I struggle to see the connection you were trying to make

  8. And let us not forget, in history of physics Aether or (Lumin)ferous aether was speculated to be an omnipresent substance which allows for propagation of light through vacuum. So it makes sense that the light 'Lumine' and the light bringer 'Aether' are able to use all the elements.
