Genshin Impact Recipe #27 / Nutritious Meal V. 593 / Sucrose's Specialty

Sucrose’s specialty. It looks like some strange alchemical product at first, but Sucrose insists that it is a healthy and nutritious meal, the result of many experiments and painstaking improvements. Its healthy green color comes from a mix of cream and natural vegetable juices… Wait, vegetable juices?

  1. A real chef making Genshin foods. Still can’t get over that. If MiHoYo ever does a Genshin themed restaurant or cafe you should definitely be creative and culinary director! Also. Broccoli cheese soup is my favorite so I am SO going to make this!

  4. Yes casseroles are very popular here in the US. Casseroles are popular for many reasons. First off, they are rather easy to make. It does not take a lot of cooking skill to make a basic casserole. It can be inexpensive, as you can take a wide range or random ingredients and just throw them in with a decent chance of good results. Finally, despite being simple and easy to make with random ingredients, it is often rather tasty.

  5. Dairy is one of the most nutrient-dense foods to exist…and I’m assuming that the grass-fed cows kept in fresh air and fields were probably producing very high quality milk. Saturated fat is NOT in any way bad for humans. Saturated fat is far less likely to be oxidised, making it stable. Polyunsaturated fats found in plants are very unhealthy as they oxidise easily and damage the body, causing heart disease.
