Dont the sages already know that Nahida IS Rukkhadevata during Act 4? Those two scholars the gang interrogated said so. The reason they abandoned her is because she no longer had the wisdom and knowledge as she did before. They didnt like how she is basically like a normal human child and had no knowledge to lead them, that they slowly over the years stopped worshiping her. Nilou also said that the sages USED to celebrate the Sabzeruz festival, but over the years, didnt fund it as much until the present day where they completely stopped caring about it, and hence why the populace followed suit

Nahida actually go out not physically but like in dream like state using akasha terminal like she talked to dunyazard giving her reason/inspiration to live while having Eleazar sickness
she probaby talk/give advice on some people on sumeru who probably the ones who believed/accepted in kusanali as the new dendro archon like nilou and theatre group
its just they cant see her…just a voice
she probably use Katheryne to communicate to people too
the only time that Nahida conciousness also got trapped/cant go out anymore is because of Dotore
i have 2 thoughts.
The first thought is that the first two Nahida was in a dream samsara cycle. After the samsara cycle, we can witness that there are four scenes. Chapters 1,2,3,4 of sumeru chapter. When Nahida experiences the third, this is what it actually appened and not the samsara
I'd love to see nahida going all vengeance God, and start popping sage brains into jelly

You know what, i think one of the reason why the exploitation of Nahida is because beside of their own archon, no one held power that can judge and stop the sages. The archon's familiars, the Aranaras, are weak and fearful, and only a few of them is strong. If the same thing happened in Liyue or Inazuma (or even Mondstadt although i'm doubtful about it), the archon's familiars like the adepti, Yae, etc will recognize and side with the successor, shutting out the human's opposition or at least keeping everything neutral. Nahida was truly on her own, i wonder if she even connect with the Aranaras.

Honestly, I think the Sages, or at least the original Sages that found her, were well aware of Nahida's true identity, but when they found she didn't have her memories they grew disillusioned and abandoned her as she lacked the innate "Wisdom" they sought.
1st: What she wishes to happen.
2nd: What will happen.
3rd: What happened.
4th: What is currently happening.

I think … perhaps this confirms that human age works differently between Teyvat and our world … Azar (Grand Sage) age is like 30 -> 80 (in human age) between 500 years in Teyvat
I think this is the first time I've seen the community thinking in unison. Whether or not we're pulling for Nahida, every soul is thinking, "They're dead. The Sages, the Balladeer, they're all dead!"

BC LIKE if rukkhadevata used all that power way back when (she pulled a gouba) what ifbthats basically like the way the aranara use memory power (aka the way they do the crazy strong cool stuff and then THEY FORGET EVERYTHING) like what If doing that basically was her version of that happening and now she's baby-fied bc her memory power got all used up ππ€π»ππ€π»ππ€π»
