S Tier: Yelan, Xingqiu, Kokomi, Childe A Tier: Mona, Ayato, Nilou
Although I can see Mona being S tier due to accessibility, I see her in A tier with further addition of Sumeru but it is arguable. But one thing is for sure, Mona and Childe are underrated as hell rn.
Candace is so disappointing. Such an aesthically gorgeous character, I hope she can get the Kuki treatment at some point that props her up. Ofc I've seen some awesome Candace clips but not all of us have her c6 with homa to pop off lol
No but kokomi and ayato is a, because first ayato and childe are basically equal and kokomi has 1 team that’s not nilou or national, the 1 team is sukokomon, the thing that needs ridiculous timing
Personally I'd put only Ye Lan and Xingqiu on S-Tier.
The others go to A-Tier My only reason is there's really only so much situations where Ye lan/Xingqiu is not the most optimal but they're still quite good in those situations while the others have specific situations where they're very good and some situations where they're really bad.
Another thing is, I'd put Mona on B-Tier with Barbara because she's really weird to use outside of Morgana. Because Mona has the worst set of NA/CA and E; and her only use is the Q.
The only bad Hydro character for me is Candace.
My basis for the tier is not damage but instead their utility because Hydro is a utility-type element. If it was based on highest damage, Mona would be higher but then again that'd make Childe and Ayato S-Tier which and Kokomi B-tier which is not really a fair comparison.
coming from someone that has ayato a 80/230, 4 piece glad build with his signature weapon, Ayato is not an S tier unit lmao.
