Someone please explain the 2nd and 3rd "betrayals" to me. I think I'm missing some context here. :') Because for the 2nd one, I thought his friend, who's supposedly Kazuha's ancestor, was first killed or something? I never considered him fearing Scaramouche. For the 3rd one… It seems like the child was killed or perhaps succumbed to some sort of illness then died. I saw people speculating that at the time, Scaramouche doesn't understand the concept of death, which is why he's angry? That could be it but there's still a lot of holes in the story.
:') someone please clarify it to me if you can, i promise i read dialogues whether its voiced or not but genshin is just so lore heavy that my brain just malfunctions
DUDEEE this backstory made me cried, i felt scara's pain and the way he got betrayed i just cant-😭😭 Finally he got his own cutscene and he deserves it 🥹
Scramouche is just another character that need some hugs tho, he definitely needs some Mother Loving Thing, so that he also wanted to know what is love and caring is, but the truth hurts, in the next Quest probably is the best for him to be redeemed 👌
"My creator… My mother…." I don't care how much everyone calls Ei best girl, or her sad backstory, this doesn't excuse her horrible actions such as, I dunno, ABANDONING A CHILD, JUST LIKE HOW SHE WAS!!!
Fatui Harbingers indeed had a very interesting villain arc. Just like Signora being the Crimson Withc of Flames to Scaramouche background lore, villains story is indeed more complex than a protagonist.
Scaramouche is literally an angsty teenager! He took 3 unfortunate events, 2 of which were entire misunderstandings on his end (Raiden actually wanting him to be happy and free instead of being abandoned and the kid dying on the third time unable to fullfill whatever promise they made cause… The kid's dead!) And judged the whole of humanity only based on those 3 people/events. And what he decides to do about it? Become edgy and try to just… Kill everyone, even becoming a thing he once loathed (Gods).
In the end, he seems just like an angry, imature teen who's in pain due to mostly his own misunderstandings, which totally makes sense for the character, but I will have NO PITY OR REMORSE calling mommy Raiden to hit him with her booba slipper… I-I mean sword!
THE VA'S CRACK IN "MY MOTHER" PLEASE HELEPEPPEOEEO IM LITERALLY GASPING ON THE BHS

ei really needs to have a talk with kunikuzushi 😭😭 this grudge makes me so sad

Maybe in the end, the one who would stop him is Ei? 🤔
longest scene time he will ever have
Venti: ehe, got a dead friend? here you go
Scaramouche: Calling Ei mother
Me and ma bro: •〇• … A
Idk how you guys expression is but that is mine and my bro
YALL DONT TELL ME THAT SCARMOUCHE WAS NOT KAZUHAS DEAD FRIEND NOOOOOOOOOO
It's sad that I can't play genshin cause of my mom's VIDEOS fricxkkk I love him but I can't 😭😭
1:03 oh- now it’s understandable why they gave him an anemo vision 😀
He kinda reminds me of Xiao, but if zhongli replaced with Ei. They also have a really similar voice
would be cool if he didnt look 12
s creaming
Bruh the miscommunication between the too
Dont worry when your playable i will put you in a party with your mother, father and your sister(Ei, Zhongli, Nahida)
I wonder what scara's delusion will be?
The way he said "my mother… " just legit broke my heart..
Scramouche is just another character that need some hugs tho, he definitely needs some Mother Loving Thing, so that he also wanted to know what is love and caring is, but the truth hurts, in the next Quest probably is the best for him to be redeemed 👌
I can't blame him when he turned evil, he was basically like a mature newborn and these experiences were alien to him🤷♀️ poor scara

Edgy kid
Vilain adalah orang baik yg menjadi jahat
So Ei is a confirmed MILF?
I'm spoiling myself but oh well
NGH
I Love how people place all the blame on Ei. He decided "Fuck Humans" after a kid fucking Died from being Mortal. LOL
Ei wanted him to have his own life and not be a puppet for her whim. Yae wanted "IT" Dead
katsuragi has a red streak in his hair. just like kazuha BRO. imagine when they meet 😭 hes gonna be traumatized (PTSD??)
"you"
"you look like HIM"
It's a really sad cutscene, especially when scara called Ei mother and feel like being abandoned.
so hes just an angry teenager
OK so I haven't done this quest 2 questions firstly do we fight him secondly does he die?
that's why he's gonna have an anemo vision huehue dying friend check
Yes he had it rough, but those still can’t justify the evils he has done to Inazuma and Sumeru.
He has a twisted mind, nothing can change that. His core values are already skewed to the extreme.
shit they make villain is actually main characther
OMGGG THE JRUEHRJ HE'S HEREE IM SO HAPPY
OMFG
Ei for his birth is likely when you have a baby but you are not ready 😢
Top 3 Characters that has all the right to be a villain:
Ei is the mother that's shocking
Fatui Harbingers indeed had a very interesting villain arc. Just like Signora being the Crimson Withc of Flames to Scaramouche background lore, villains story is indeed more complex than a protagonist.

Even more convinced that Ei is bad archon
Shit first Honkai now genshin turn. (Only Honkai fans will understand)
I feel bad for scaramouche
Ah. the classic villain with sad backstory
Here's my take on this:
