I really like how they are taking some pointers from Honkai 3rd when it comes to outfit design and how it changes his abilities, like, i think his Burst looks different as well.
Lore wise i think Diluc's outfit is from the time he had thrown away his vision after he left the knights of Favonius couse of his father's death to go solo.
I like Fishl's as well, and as u said, there might be a connection to Fallen Rosemary there, who knows? maybe we get her from a Honkai x Genshin crossover in the future?
