I have hit a point on my account, where I have almost zero stress about 4-star units on banners now. It feels incredible to not have to worry anymore!

  1. I’ve never worried about how many copies of a 4 star I get I’m happy just getting 1 copy of the 5 star banner character. If don’t care which 4 star I get I just have fun making random teams up and see how much I can do with them. When the new ones are to low I just join lower players and help them but match my characters to there level as that’s more fun.
Also made a f2p account to play with my other friends on a different server, and I’m having fun just using my team there it’s random af but it works if I can beat the boss of ekanomia at ar 34 with level 50 characters who have no cons and half okish weapons and artefacts. Talantes at level 2 I legit laugh cuz it’s so much fun seeing what I can do when I struggled so much with my first one and I spent a lot of money on it.
Yes I got to ekanomia at ar 31 sure I have quests out my ears from monstad even but I’m just having fun I wanted to get to ekanomia as my first f2 p that dropped in 11 wishes on the birthday I set in game was yae and 4 star thoma. Yes I used them right till now and Chongjin too. Just got kokomi so she comes with. It’s fun

  2. I only have C4 Xinqui and i am playing since Launch but i have the same mindset. I have my Geo Team with Itto, electro Team with Yae and Shogun, a C4 Diluc comp with Xinqui and a C2 Ayaka (saved from Patch 1.2 until her Release) freeze comp. I really dont need more. That said i Do not Stress about banners or doing my dailies every Day. Its kinda refreshing to just Explore when ever you want

  3. Woah, I'm impressed to see a content creator saying that he feels fine without having those multiple constellations for a character. Very refreshing to see. Thanks for being you Mtashed 🥰

  4. After I got Zhongli, I feel I am complete afterwards. Btw, I am a Xingqui main, but I would want Ayato's water weapon for Xingqui. (Ayato is supposed to be a better version of Xingqui..)

  5. Honestly, as an occasional welkin player, I've had mostly that attitude since the start of the game. I don't save wishes unless I'm close to pity and want something on the next or the banner is absolutely something I don't want. Now I can be a bit more picky now that I've been dealt the cards I've earned not caring. I'm in a complete rebuild of my team thanks to pulling Ganyu on her last banner.

  6. Same, im currently at AR58 (almost 59) and i have 20+ level 90 characters with full/max build. The only thing that keeps me playing this game is experiencing the excitement when claiming artifacts from petrified tries, and once my resins r out i logout from the game.

  7. Just saying but with the rate of new 4 stars in this game, very soon no 4 star will matter because you'll have everything at C6. Means only 5 star characters will be bringing anything new to you.

  8. With all the new games coming out, I've completely broke the Genshin curse and just put the game down. Haven't been back since Elden Ring came out and I actually feel like I'm having fun gaming again. Genshin felt like a huge chore after a while. Do the same thing every day for Primogems and wish on characters you don't even need.

  9. i'm not even bothering to rush to lvl 90s and obliterate spiral abyss. Because the FUN in this game for me is tinkering with different characters/gear I already have and figuring out the various synergy combos. To that end, I essentially have four "tiers" of teams – A B C D.

A and B are naturally the most powerful and fit for latest content.

C is 20-30 levels below current world level 5. Obviously not optimal and lack dps but viable enough to survive, and providing enough "window" to practise and understand their mechanics. This tier is what i typically use for commissions, ley lines, or sometimes even world bosses.

On the opposite end, D is up to lvl 20 (to get their first fates) and not practical as they get one-shot. Takes some time to "promote" them to C tier.

  10. I am at the same spot like months ago since the first baal baner as a f2p player, I don't care anymore about the banners; now I just pull for 5 stars who I like more, not caring about the meta.

  11. Litterly same the only characters i care about are buffers/healers characters like Shenhe got me so hyped and we need more of those I can't until we get a anemo buffer or plunge attack buffer

  12. Yeah this works, I always hear people worrying their ass off oh both you'll waste your pity for the character you want to get, I have all 4* characters at c6 except 1-2 and by wishing everytime I can and all banners I have enough 5* characters to build different teams, I have missed characters I wanted to get like Eula but most of the time I have guaranteed pity for the main banner character during every other patch so I have more control on who I get or not because I can get a shit ton of wishes using the star glitter and it helps me reach pity often and I don't see missing the 50/50 as a bad thing because I'll eventually get the character but I usually always have guaranteed pity for those who I want even more, Venti, Zonghli, Childe, Raiden, Xiao, Albedo I got them all with guaranteed pity as I wanted, and so far only Eula and Ganyu have I missed out on

  13. I'm almost to this point. I don't necessarily care about the four stars, never did, I was more focused on five stars and building teams. Once I get Ayaka, I'll have all the meta characters that I like (Ganyu, Raiden, Itto, etc.) along with their necessary supports (Kokomi, Kazuha, Gorou, etc.), there's really no stress of pulling for five stars anymore. I can pull for whoever I like on the horizon (maybe Cyno) while saving during reruns. It's a great feeling to finally feel 'caught up' w/ the game.

I can dedicate time to focus more on their talents and getting better artifacts. And even more exciting, I can pull on the weapon banner without feeling too guilty about wasting primos for upcoming characters. I would've loved to pull for Yae's weapon and either get a PJC or her main weapon, but I had to hold out because I needed to save for Kokomi and Ayaka. Now that's no longer going to be a problem.

  14. I'm F2P so I expect the minimum. I went in expecting to main Beidou, and my other favorite designs are Ningguang, Zhongli and Diluc. I got very lucky that the former 3 got reruns no more than 2 months after I joined (end of 2.3), so now all I have to do is sit back; scrounge up as many primos as I can and just pull for Diluc. It's not exactly good synergy but I can work with it. As soon as I got Zhongli, I realized I didn't care what banner comes next. Great feeling.

  15. I've had this mindset ever since I first started playing. I didn't know a thing about meta and team comps so I made do with what characters I have. I'd put Chongyun and Beidou on the same team and have Beidou deal cryo damage because I legit have no idea what the fuck I was even doing. All I knew is enemies are dying so it works. So I never pulled for characters I need because there isn't anyone I need, I only pull for characters I want, which is Childe, Kaeya, and Xiao. I whaled for them, and now I'm pretty satisfied. My gacha addiction ceased to exist after getting these characters I desperately wanted, and now no matter what banner comes up I don't get excited no more. I want to pull for Heizou and Scaramouche but I'm not as excited as I was before because the more important characters that I wanted are already in my possession, so I feel "full" now.
