  1. We need proper repeatable endgame without any limits, dungeons, raids, challenges etc. We need adjusted resin levels and rates to reflect all the new bosses, mini bosses and domains since 2.0. Also yes we need more artifact space 1000 isn't enough anymore, I have over 600 leveled or locked.

PS: Auto mode/finish… NO. This is the main cause of all problems for a year now. Mihoyo and everyone needs to treat this game like every other developer in the world would treat any open world action rpg. Instead it does the same things every other gacha does, short meaningless events, no real content, short playtime, etc etc. The gacha tradition is what's holding the game back so much and as along as they don't start find a compromise between the usual gacha system and the traditional rpg then everyone will just move on especially when blue protocol get's released.

  3. Mihoyo doesnt seem to love this game as much as we do and that is the tragic part. If they did they would have thought about this end game content since the beginning. The game is indeed beautiful but the money making took the upper hand in the compagny goal

  4. if you add any auto the game is equal to dead. sure auto fishing seems nice but believe me …it is only at the beginning. Stressful as it may be manual is still good and that's how rpg's with fishing has always been. You get rewarded for your effort.

  5. I actually agree, i still play this game because i love the game, love the characters
I also agree that the anniversary rewards are pretty meh, but lastly i STRONGLY disagree with the way alot of the community is reacting… so many racist comments, so many people having delusions of grandeur and proclaiming the game will die on anniversary because of this and that…
I also dont agree with what you are doing(24/7 content creator) have a life… i enjoy genshin still, no burn out here because i still do other things i love…
Life isn't about only 1 thing and only 1 thing, its all a balance
Spend time with friends, spend time with neko, spend time with your community, spend time watching anime… just do everything in moderation because too much of a good thing isn't always good =3
I always wanted to be part of your community but, i dont watch twitch, and i avoid big discord servers because theres always toxic people i'd rather not handle, but, I'll just be a tiny youtube viewer and stay subscribed because i like your content, and you dont spread hate and isn't an ar5e to other people/creators
Take care atsu and i hope you continue because the other creator i liked(jinjinx n tuner) dont make much content anymore…

  6. I love the game, despite it's flaws. But there is hope cause next year there will be competition, so they will have to pull up their socks and do better or be defeated. I do hope that it's not the latter because I do love this game. I just don't like this complacency that they've been showing as of late.

  7. i do agree with you yes, but us, the whole Genshin community, is supporting them even with just playing the game, answering surveys to see what to fix, spending real life MONEY, and overall everything and Mihoyo isn't really supporting us back, Nor did they even say happy first year anniversary. anniversary's are days to be happy and celebrate how far we've made it, but Mihoyo isn't putting any effort into this day. Imagine its you and your wife's anniversary and she was really excited to be with you but you ended up giving no effort into making it yours and her day, its really upsetting.

  8. i started playing the game on the second day it came out. i loved the game, it gave me childish wonder – it was fun, new sights to see, new things to learn, characters to get to know. and yet, after max a month, i dropped the game for about 280 days because i ran out content, the whaling system was too overbearing for me and i just felt burnt out, because playing the game became not worth it. I came back recently to play with friends and share a fun experience, i got better at the game, got more characters by grinding for primos, and it paid off – i have my fave character now. and i play the game casually, but you cant go without the grind. so when i came back i was filled with this childish wonder again, i had the dragonspine AND inazuma to explore, and now its reached the same point. i have all the story quests starting from venti to do, i have hang out events which i like, yet it doesnt seem worth it anymore, because im burnt out again. a lot of the same issues that i saw back when it first launched is still prevalent, and on top of that the game in my personal opinion is too big of a grind. do i still like the game? yes i love it, but i also dont like it because i keep getting burnt out. what will most probably happen is that i will come in and out from the game. seeing if there is a cool event or a new island and then once im done, putting it down for an indefinite amount of time again.

  9. I played a lot of gacha games and never have i seen such limp of an excitement for an anniversary celebration…
especially coming from one of the top gacha game of 2020.
Lesser known gacha games have more exciting anniversary celebration than this..

  10. Idk how many people have heard of the game archero, but I think that if Mihoyo added something with similar mechanics to that game that we could do in co op, it could satisfy players for hours and hours on end

  11. What happens with the game from the beginning is that it is a game for mobiles, it is not really a game for PC and consoles (speaking of content within the game), for the same reason i treat it like other mobile games, i spend energy, i do daily missions and there i wait for the next day to do the same.

  12. Why do you need to be rewarded to play a gatcha game and don’t expect that from other non gatcha video games? At the end they are all entertainment products and only obligated to provide entertainment, if someone treats it more than that, that is on the player poor sense of self control and expectation .

Should you not reward everyone who subscribes to you in twitch and YouTube for every anniversary of you being one and be held by the same standard that you expect of a gatcha game?

If you think it is easy working as a game developer, then why don’t you make your own gatcha game if it’s that easy?

  13. I dont think that "in the end of the day we'll still be playing genshin" is correct entirely. A good chunk are just leaving, because there's alot of other good games out there like new world just hitting, epic 7 as you said being pretty fun content wise etc. The ones that do stay will be doing their daily login chores but this disappointing anniversary and the lack of content and communication will be in their head and turn them off from the game which eventually will push them away from it too.
As for the anniversary, it is quite disappointing, because in every game i've played anniversary is most hype time of the year, it's like xmass irl, it's the time where you get your motivation for continue whilst getting some freebies. So mihoyo really dropped the ball here and imo deserves the negative review bombs for the game rn. Let the voices be heard through negative reviews and reduction of their income.

  14. i started GI because it looked like a botw clone which made me really excited. i adored the exploration and the gacha and chracter building i cant care less about, or the spiral abyss for that matter. but then i discovered the lore and how deep the rabbit hole goes and i became obsessed with collecting everything and reading every book and every description, and talking to every npc i could. so i dont experience this burnout. when i have 100% exploration done i do the daily 30min-1hr gameplay rday but that isnt burnout to me, why would i spend more time in the game than i need to. but then again this is the first mmo type, online game ive ever played. im used to single player complete games so this is quite exciting to me to have to predict where the story goes, and being forced to delay my gratification, with the story being years from completed. also i expected absolutely nothing from the game apart from what it gave me, and will never expect more than the fantastic story it continues delivering as well as awesome gameplay. lately im considering starting honkai because the lores are intersecting and i want to understand the bigger picture. at least that is my experience of GI. im sorry other people arent enjoying it as much :/ also im ar 55 almost 56 and the majority of my map is 100% (save for the spiral abyss which i dont care about haha)

  15. Burn out only occurs when you play one game nonstop and for that game to be a gacha game, a genre of video game that is not designed to be played in that way then yeah eventually you're going to burn out. This really only affects content creators and/or streamers who make one game their entire identity, or people that play Genshin for 8 hours a day every day for whatever reason. Don't fall into the trap of only covering and playing one game, that is the fastest way to get yourself to burn out of even the greatest games.

  16. Mass Effect multiplayer seems to be a good fit for a form of Genshin endgame content: Co-op strike team missions of 12 waves of enemies with different maps and 4 difficulty levels, and the rewards are resources like mora and exp books.

  17. Isn't this the destiny of every whale. Clearing the content in one day. It will be the same with new endgame content. But this is quite common for gacha games.

I think the frequency of the content is also dependent on the effort a company needs to put into it. Just compare Genshin to other Gacha Games. The effort is much higher to create new content for Genshin.

I think doing just your dailies and spending resin/stamina every day and then log off is quite normal for gacha games. Once in a while people will do the open stuff (exploration, trials, story etc.) which accumulated over time. In my opinion it is the nature of the genre. Genshin is not different, just with longer cycles but therefore more fun gameplay.
