So is the catch permanently available like even new players after after 2.2 can still get the catch ?

If you can use a controller with rumble, you can zone out and just wait for the controller to vibrate and go from there, saves having to pay attention to the on screen prompts, takes a little getting use to but can allow you to watch something while you fish.
I just got baal, the only 4 star polearm i have is dragons bane so i really need this

Best f2p polearm for Baal. I had bad luck on rolling on the previous weapon banners. I aint rolling on that for a while!
as a f2p multi acc player i am definitely not pulling in the weapon banner its shit 😉
The fishing system is like Pixel worlds so I think this is gonna be one of the things that I will enjoy the most in genshin

Your game will bug and the Mondstadt vendor you need to buy bait from won't spawn meaning you can no longer get the weapon till the bug is fixed
