After Lantern Rite and Nahidas birthday, i really dont want another patch where half the time the characters are just silent. I understand the need for a strike and such but its getting so extremly annoying. I just want to have my voiced characters back

I'm pretty sure what Hoyo means by "After the 5.5 update" is "After 5.5 begins". I see no reason they'd keep a standard character from being part of the standard pool for an extra patch. I remember they used this phrasing numerous times in the past too and they always meant the latter "After X.X begins".
Edit: So I've looked at Dehya's announcement in the 3.5 Special Program, and Albedo's VA literally says "After the Version 3.6 update, which to be clear is the one after this upcoming 3.5 update…"
Also, I’ve been saving for Mizuki and now I get to get her on standard (or lose my 50/50 to her) and save her weapon from rerun hell instead

While I will be skipping this patch, pull wise, I am happy to see Wrio come out FINALLY lol. I have no need of a Cryo DPS atm, Mizuki is going to be on the Standard banner, and I already have Furina and Sigewinne, so I'd rather save at this point, especially since I got 3 new 5 stars already in the current patch (Mavuika, Citlali, and Shenhe). Not to mention pulling enough to get Chevreuse up to C2. No idea when I'll be pulling again either, and that's fine with me. Only char I'll be pulling for not matter what is Yae Miko whenever she gets released again (probably through another Chronicle Wish banner).
Inazuma will never be a place I am excited to return too, but I am still looking forward to the new Story quest and Festival.
Arnold's (and Rednas) are my only light in Genshin. It's so hard to stay excited when I go to social media to share my feelings only to see so many complaints. Like come on guys, it's been 5 years. It's always gonna be filler after every Archon Quest conclusion. Enjoy the breather while it's here until they release the next exciting story/explorarion update :/ the events actually look super fun too.

I don't know why people complain about this patch there's a lot interesting things here this is not like 4.5 that was an actually filer dead patch

I genuinely LOVE Mizuki’s voice. It’s so soothing for someone like her and her profession. Sadly skipping her but if I could I will get her when she’s on Standard banner. I love the fact that she heals us by the little snack thingys.. I love that and the way they are showing it looks affective..
At 25:42 the scene her was weird because we don't have a VA but on the JP version they did have a conversation. 😅
