Explanation for this AU :
After defeating the seven sovereigns and making a new world, the heavenly principles made their clone with their genes assisted by the shade of life and the clone they regarded as their own sister, but the heavenly principles was strict with their own sister, they locked her up in a cage, like a bird.
Until after the cataclysm, 500 years ago, their sister went down to teyvat to clean up the abyss until her powers was drained a lot, she escaped to the nameless island in mondstadt but it turned out that there were abyss creatures there, she was attacked until her body fell into the sea and she drowned. For 500 years, she drowned in the ocean (the ocean protects her (if you watch nagi no asukara, you can see the scene where miuna sacrifices herself) and her body shrank, her memory was lost.
500 years later, the seal that protected her was broken and a traveler from afar saved her and she lost her memory as well as her powers, she introduced herself with the name “paimon”.
