Hey everyone! Now that the details about the 5.3 banners are wrapped up, let’s take a closer look at the potential banners for the upcoming updates. But before we start, here are the winners from the giveaway. Also, we have hidden a code somewhere in this video, and the first one to find and comment the code down below in the comments will also receive a Welkin! Alright, let’s begin. For version 5.3, it has already been confirmed by Hoyo that we will see the release of Mavuika, Citlali, and Lan Yan. According to info from FullStopChan and HomDGcat, both of whom are reliable sources with a good track record, we are getting Mavuika and Citlali in Phase 1, while Phase 2 will consist of Arlecchino and Clorinde. It’s uncertain which phase Lan Yan will debut in, but you will also get a free copy of her in the free four-star selector during the Lantern Rite event.

The release of two new five-stars in one patch may seem a bit unfair, but this aligns with a new change that is said to be introduced in version 5.3. All new characters will now release in the first half of a patch, with their banners running throughout the entire patch duration of 42 days. Mavuika and Citlali’s banners will release on January 1st and will stick around until the last day before version 5.4. However, rerun banners will last only 21 days, meaning Arlecchino and Clorinde’s banners will be available from January 20th to February 11th. Additionally, there might be a Liyue Chronicled Wish appearing in 5.3, featuring characters like Ganyu, Xiao, Baizhu, Yelan, Keqing, and Qiqi.

Now, let’s take a look at version 5.4. No new characters have been officially announced by Hoyo yet; however, data miners suggest that there might be a new female character from Inazuma or possibly Madame Ping. Only one of these characters is expected to be a five-star character, but it’s unclear which one will be a five-star and which one will be a four-star. As for the three remaining banners, they will likely be reruns. One rerun will be an Archon for sure, and it will most likely be Venti, who hasn’t had a rerun for quite some time now, or Furina, who last had her rerun in version 4.7. The other rerun candidates include Xianyun, Shenhe, Wriothesley, and Sigewinne.

Lastly, let’s talk about version 5.5. In this update, we have three potential new characters: Iansan, Ifa, and Mizuki. We got leaks regarding Mizuki, better known as prison girl, early in the days of Fontaine, but she never showed during Fontaine. She might finally release in Natlan, and she’s rumored to be a five-star Electro character. However, it’s anticipated that we will only get one new character in 5.5, and Ifa is a strong possibility. If we only get one new character, that leaves three spots for potential reruns. The first possible rerun will be an Archon, which most likely will be Furina, as she is the last Archon yet to have a rerun if Venti comes in 5.4. As for the remaining two spots, Emilie or Shenhe might get their rerun banners. However, none of these banner predictions are confirmed or official, so take them with a grain of salt.

  19. i feel like too many people are taking the "first phase new characters will last throughout the entire 42 day patch" thing too seriously, its ONE reddit post saying that, and its not a reputable source, if its true, how did some random source get it before ANY of the reputable sources? the reputable sources obviously have quicker informaton lines, how would the random get it first, people just took it as a fact because it was in chinese isw 😭😭

  25. Is there any chance of Hu Tao being included in the cronicled wish banner? im so sad that I couldnt get her when she was in game and I really want her. And also does anyone know when Kokomi is gonna have a rerun? my best friend has been saving up for her for a long time and she really wants her

  29. All i want is Wriothesley rerun. I’m tired of this game, they should add a third banner and thus make MORE money instead of continuously delaying old characters reruns. Thanks God there are still some characters who keeping me playing this game cause I ain’t interested in the least about Natlan & i would’ve quit it long time ago.
