i believe that every main stat is about 800% roll value which means that an em circlet could be viable on a character that needs em if there are enough crit stats elsewhere.
Honestly i don't get the crit rate multiplying like even if i have 50 would that mean i would have 100 meaning I'll be criting everytime? Because characters has 60 to 85 cr and yet they crit not all the times

I rolled a def main stat circlet just for fun and it became a 47 cv artifact
1-2 god artifacts (not forcing)

To me if it is like 15 cv but has other stats useful for the character like hp percent or er its good

It depends on the character, too. A flower with em and er is better for Kazuha than a flower with high cv
