  10. I never understood why Alhaithem is seen as above Nilou when they are very similar and cover ST/AOE respectively. Like Alhaithem is ew in massive aoe and the same goes for Nilou against big bosses. So why is Alhaithem better? His niche is far more crowded as well.

  13. I think if you put Raiden there and take her hyperbloom into account you have to put Kuki Shinobu as well.

    Also for the editor I think you should change the outro. It's gotten old and incredibly annoying

  15. IMO if you're excluding battle pass weapons you should also limit gacha weapons from standard as well, maybe to anything above R1. A lot of people don't pull on weapon banner or just have bad luck so you can't assume everyone will have whatever random weapon you want. For example, I didn't get a Dragon's Bane for over two years, including from the first weapon banner I pulled on where it was in focus.

    This isn't a criticism of Zajef, it's not his criteria, just feel like it needs to be said with how a lot of this gets thrown around. People don't realize how much bad luck can screw you out of things that seem "standard" to others for anything that isn't actually guaranteed.

  16. I have to say you and tgs are one of my favorite' theory crafter. Just wanted to inform you whenever you speak there is a fan sound, and when you stop speaking it's total silent the sudden changes every time you stop speaking really annoyed me. Secondly, I think hutao charge plunge is not that hard to play if you played enough, personally I am a 70%pc and 30%mobile player, and I beat all the spiral abyss with my phone, and hutan is awesome. Anyway good stuff

  17. 9:01 Unironically skill issue. Simply position yourself better instead of hugging them everytime. Use Gorou if Zhongli is too premium for you, crystallize shield is enough to give him the resistance to interruption needed to shoot his shots. You can also do level 1 CAs if can't commit so you don't lose your entire windows of dps for nothing.

  18. Finally someone Aknowledge the control problem on mobile. Hu Tao and Childe were my first 5* 3 years ago, I am on mobile. I genuinely hated their gameplay even if they were my favourite characters. I managed to learn how to play Tartaglia but I did struggle a lot with Hu Tao. I even built her for years and get Homa for her but I just couldn’t jump cancel. Now I’m finally at peace to accept that I just do the full animations and target in a way I have to run the least. But when you think the fact that the c1 helps with the stamina, it almost feels like paying to fix a bug on mobile. She is still good tho !

  19. As zajef said, this tier list whilegives you an idea of who does good damage…but it is indeed dependent on a lot of factors.

    Nilou is much easier to build compared to all of them here. Or rather her bloom team is very low investment for the huge damage that it can dish out. SO that makes nilou better than all if that's what you are interested in.

    Neuvilette with high enough investment is good enough to run solo or with subpar invested team mates(they are just extra bonus over his already massive damage)..so in that regard he is the best.

    Raiden is arguably the most value out of one character pull since she can be slotted in a lot of teams for both her on-fiedl and off-field damage/electro application….in that regard raiden is the best even though building her is a little tricky(not tough, but if you arent going for her weapon and not running hyperbloom, you gotta fish for her best in slot, and then balancing her stats also isn't the easiest thing)

    If you don't have Yelan and Xingqiu(double hydro core) both, Hu Tao might fall off or not feel comfy enough to play.

    Xiao falls off if you don't have C6 faruzan(and if you have xianyun, c6 faruzan, furina and primordial jade winged spear..he becomes soooo good)

    Navia is amazing for her front loaded damage and the fact that she can make use of the reactions unlike other geo..AND she scales off atk. So she has much more flexible team comps than lets say, Itto.

    Alhaitham does a lot of damage even with a subpar build and he only really wants electro application from his teammates to do his thing, but his playstyle has a learning curve if you wanna make full use of his kit. If you can do it, and have a good fischl or raiden or even kuki, he is a good option.

    Arlecchino and Chlorinde also are in the same boat, as they also employ a skill mechanic that you need to be aware of to maximize damage. If you can do that, arlecchino might be the one for you.

    So yea, the tier lists are by no means the final verdict of which character is good and which is not. It ll depend from person to person. Same with akasha rankings btw. You with your top 20% Hutao might be doing more damage than me and my top 2% Hutao due to the skill difference and the investment in our supports.

  30. As a Hu Tao semi-main who plays on mobile and 300+ ping, I can do jump cancels just fine. I get 8N1CJ + burst in double hydro + Zhongli team.

    And it's about to be better once I snag Xianyun on her rerun since I recently got Bennett C6 and Furina!

  31. I know Neuvillette has mostly powercrept Ayato, but Ayato is still one of my favorite 5*s that I've pulled because he's a lot like Childe except way more flexible and you can use him anywhere. I have Neuvillette too but I only pull him out to play him in his "optimal" team in abyss and otherwise never use him.

    She doesn't have a good f2p team
    Sure we got xinqiu, but then what?
    Zhongli? 5 *
    kazuha? Same issue
    Yelan? Same issue

    You kinda just get stuck with a 4 star shielder, yunjin or something like Sucrose amber (amber without eulogy, so, even more painful)

    So I don't think for a f2p new player it's worth it
    And for a f2p old player, well, I'm f2p and have furina C4, does that make furina C4 viable f2p? Not really right?

  34. Could someone explain to me what the "dedicated controller support" would be, bc I have used a controller and it showed the buttons on the screen, like he means for 3rd party? The controller I used was a xbox one controller
