  1. And also iirc dottore manage to somehow tweak scara. I just cant remember if its stated in books or artifacts, or it is just a theory HHDHHS. But if its not a theory i think its the pale flame artifacts that stated it. Dottore tweaking scara maybe the reason why scara became bad a little bit(or not that little), especially since scara is confused on how humans works. I still havent finished the archon quest so maybe this is debunked already tho or theres more to it HHHH

  2. Yeah basically scaramouche story is like he's being emo and blaming the world for what happened to him. It seems annoying but i understood his pov. because he is not a real human and didn't understand what is this and that so he could assume things by what his mind thinks.

  3. knowing that he was hurt so much, I was eally sad when I played the resent story quest and got to the cut scene where Nahida took the elctro gnosis. I felt bad for him

  4. While its possible that Katsuragi found him first, its actually possible that Scaramouche had an adoptive mother before this as the "mute" is also likely Scaramouche due to some lore mentioned by the husk and such.

  5. My theory is that Scara's emotions are a byproduct of several factors.

First is that Ei really was experimenting on creating a puppet, and naturally wondered how close to sentience such a puppet would be. Or rather, since it was an experiment creating a new being that would walk and talk in Ei's place, she would naturally want it to be close to human/god, since it would be walking and talking in her place.

I also think that his emotions became completely his own when Ei gave him the power to control his destiny, since he was just meant to be a puppet serving Ei.

Lastly, the Fatui's influence on him. His violence may have started when Nagamasa fought him due to his inhuman nature, but he still found the capacity to play with and love a child. My guess is that the Fatui found him "Wandering" (hehe), and in his confusion about why those three "betrayals" happened, told them his story, and they managed to twist it, thus giving him the cruelty he's known for, and why he'd bother sticking around with the Fatui anyways.

If there's anything I missed, or is probably wrong, I welcome any replies

  6. I also noticed in the drip marketing art on insta hyv put a long caption abt some of his backstory. Part of it in the end said "how can one be a human being without a heart? One without a heart is hardly human" maybe thats also a reason why scara wanted a heart/gnosis, its to be human

  7. 4:24 How they can think in such amazing and incredible details like this? It's like we have a whole entire team to design even the smallest parts on every design. this is incredible how a little feather have a huge lore and depth to a character story.

  8. Those lore video also got me thinking !! I don't know if it's okay to put our own theory here as well ?? I'll delete this if it's not allowed but I feel like I wanna share because I just finished the Archon Quest so I'll put it at the bottom.

Since Scaramouche is in a coma and Nahida is looking after him, then we also see Nahida being able to search information in Teyvat through the Irminsul based on from us questioning her at the end of the Arcon Quest. So what if Nahida searched who Scaramouche is and find out about the 'betrayals' he thought of. Turns out, those betrayals were not truly betrayals but it is an inevitable outcome and none of those were created to betray Scaramouche.

I don't know how Scaramouche will wake up from his coma but I wanna believe that Nahida will show or tell these things to Scaramouche once he wakes up. Scaramouche may be stubborn and won't believe at first but let's not forget he is still fragile and a child-like deep inside after we saw his expression when the Electro Gnosis is being taken away.

Maybe this is how Scaramouche will also gain his Anemo Vision while reflecting and thinking about his memories and his past. His mother, his friend and the child.

There's been rumors floating around that this is like Scaramouche's redemption arc cause he's a former villain and now our ally plus from the start if Scaramouche truly understood human emotions and our fate as mortals, he really could have been our great ally in the Inazuma Quest and not being controlled by the Fatuus.

I wish Nahida will help Scaramouche make peace with his past. From Irmunsul's information, Scaramouche will know what really happened and why those 'betrayals' happened. Not to hurt him but to protect and live his own life without being an actual puppet.

  9. I call that bad parenting and nahida is for now the only good existing archon. I hate Ei! If she wouldnt be that useful and hadnt the voice of Kurapika Id never pulled for her.

  10. I really hope and pray that Scaramouche journeys to Inazuma to meet Ei personally to understand right from wrongs, and why things happened as they did. Poor puppet boy simply had bad luck when it came for human interaction.

  11. okay, i've seen lots of comments trying to defend ei for not being responsible of all this because she never wanted to be scara's mother in the beginning. well.. it doesn't matter. she failed to create the robot she actually wanted and created a person with his own human emotions. she simply shouldn't have abondened him and im not even saying she "had to" take care of him. she could've sent her to yae or any other clan or even to a small village HERSELF. she didn't listen to yae's advice, left him asleep without a word or explanation and she wasn't sure if he would wake up but gave him an ornament in case he wakes up, then when she came to herself still didn't care about he's wrongdoings. regardless of her intentions, she is responsible of the actions of her own failed robot project. it's not about hating ei and picking scara's side, it's just basic logic.
