I do believe davallin is the anemo soverign because venti did return his archon power but his authority to dvallin wasn’t given because the anemo seat still exist unlike the hydro seat

the abyss siblings was summoned by khanraeiah to save their asses from the heavenly principles, however the heavenly principles discovered this because only one of them is the 4th descender and the other had records on the irminsul, so celestia was able to destroy khanreiah.. the abyss sibling was then saved by one of the hexenzirkel while the mc was captured and allowed to teyvat after 500 years to continue the cycle of the 4th descender. the abyss sibling journeyed to teyvat and was discovered by clothar alberiech, he then figures out that the abyss sibling was the descender they summoned in the cataclysm and thinks they had succesfully defied fate. The abyss sibling then agrees to ally with clothar to save the 4th descender,the mc from following the same fate as the other descenders who are dead.

#1 – The reason why the Sibling has its former power and the Traveller doesn't, is because the way to recover their lost power is to travel the 7 nations and acquire the power of the 7 elements. Since the Sibling already did that, they have their full power. Thats why the Sibling is so adamant on ONLY meeting the Traveller again when they did the same. Also the reason why they awakened on different times IMO is because someone or something awakened the Sibling early.
#2 – The Anemo, Geo and Cryo sovereigns are nowhere to be seen, the Electro Dragon is heavily implied to be sealed beneath Inazuma, and the Pyro dragon is the character called "Xbalanque" that will be playable in Natlan.
#3 – No clue on the 3rd decender, I would guess its nobody we have seen or heard of so far, so its no use guessing for now.
#4 – I think that Forbidden Knowledge is Honkai energy. Even though it has no "Honkai" in the name, "Genshin Impact" is set in the same universe, and "Honkai" is a form of power that corrupts and destroys everything it touches.
#5 – She learned the truth of the fake skies, and how Celestia uses the fake stars and constellations to bind and control the fates of all living things, basically the death of free will itself, and is now attempting to break the control of Celestia.

Azhdaha is literally called a dragon king in several places? He’s an elemental being? He is the lord of the geovishaps?
Also in Fontaine’s Archon Quests we mention having met the “other elemental dragons” in other regions, to Neuvillette, placing them in the same category as him.
I think the reason only one of the Twins is a Descender is that one of them was summoned against his will to Khaenri'ah and had his destiny intertwined with Teyvat while the other willingly followed them and thus maintained the requirements for be a Descender
