I'm pretty positive the "death" Citlali sees in the Pyro Archon fate doesn't come from Mavuika, but the Archon title itself. Or it just refers to a non permanent death, knowing that dead characters aren't playable and Mavuika will for sure come in 5.3-4 (For the other hand, im not so sure about Capitano's survival). It might happen either by Mavuika dying and getting resurrected after, loosing her Archon tittle and it automatically passing to the next person (hopefully the traveler), or just sacrificing her tittle and just surviving by that means.
And about the gnosis, knowing there haven't been any confirmation about Columbina and with Capitano's (hinted) imminent death, I kinda hope the traveler is the one who gives the gnosis to the Fatui.. it could be a pretty solid introduction to Snezhnaya making us give the gnosis to the Tsaritsa herself.. yk as our chance to know her. But Columbina would also be a pretty solid revelation if she appears in Natlan, knowing her angelic looks and her relation with death and the Wayobs.

The part where Paimon breaks was one of the hardest things i've seen in this game. There is no gore in Genshin, but they still manage to shows us the horrors of war.
I have been listening to the Natlan orchestra song on repeat at the gym, the lyrics are just so inspiring. The Captain dialogue was indeed a massive lore bomb, but i have a feeling they are trickling the lore to us. This patch will be lore bomb after lore bomb and if the Harbinger wheel is right, the next Fatui Harbinger we are supposed to fight is Columbina… and after that its Capitano. I can hardly wait.
Yeah this quest was absolutely fucked. This was also the first time that paimon was absolutely broken. And that. That left a BAD taste in my mouth and i had INSTANT ptsd from hoyos dark story telling in the past and this proved no doubt that they still can just do that and will leave no remorse. And what's worse. It only gets worse from here

I love Capitano, please mihoyo don't take him from us so soon. Also, really like Citlali, hope she has an important role in the quests to come. I didn't catch any Lovecraft references, but I love it!! I have read most of his books. My fave god is Nyarlathotep though, Yog-sothoth gives me the creeps.
