Version 3.7 banners only had one new 4-star character, Kirara. It’s also important to know that the next update, 3.8, also won’t have any new characters at all. It is comprised of only rerun characters. In Phase 1, it’s going to be Eula and Kleee, featuring Mika, Rosaria, and Razor. In Phase 2, it’s going to Wanderer and Kokomi, featuring Faruzan, Thoma, and Yanfei. In 3.8, Kleee and Kaeya are set to receive skins, I assume at least one of them will be available to obtain through a quest or event but this isn’t confirmed. Also, if Eula does appear in the first phase of 3.8, it will have been a whopping 588 days between her reruns, which is just absurd but it also makes her one of the most rarest characters in the game right now.
Now let’s move on the 4.0 banners, it’s amazing how we’re in 3.7 yet we have leaks all the way to 4.0. Version 4.0 banners are said to consist of Yelan, Childe, and Lyney. Lyney is a 5-star Pyro character who uses a bow. As for the 4th character, it is still not known and there’s very little info, however, there’s some speculators saying it could be Venti. Unfortunately, there’s no mention of Zhongli. As for the Hydro Archon, she will most likely be released in Version 4.2. That’s all.
