I’m really not sure how likely this theory is but there are enough little bits of evidence lying around to warrant an investigation! So in this video we’re going to be exploring the possibility that Pierro is not counted among the 11 harbingers we’ve met so far, and that one harbinger hasn’t been revealed at all.

what if the missing harbinger is already a playable character???
Idk if this is anything to go by, but I noticed that there were enemies with rankings in APHO, part of Honkai Impact, and the 0th one is called "The Fool."
I believe Pierro's name means the Jester. A fool is another word for jester.
I can't remember the other enemies rankings though, or if it has any relation with Genshin, since it's in Honkai Impact.
One note: I had the theory of Brighella myself so I did a thing: I tried to name Scaramoche that so if my theory was correct, he would have rejected that name. He did not.
When you said "maybe Crepus had ties with the abyss order" that reminded me of the realization that all the harbingers I've seen so far that we know enough backstory of, has relations to the abyss order or just hate the gods.
I know this is my third comment, but I also noticed that the Ragnvindr's delusion embellishment looked like something melting. That might tie with what you said about the hand of glory, being a candle and all.
The "Krepus as a Harbinger" theory is so extremely crackpot but at the same time some things about it seem to make sense that there might be a sliver of a chance it could be feasible! It makes for an interesting water cooler kind of discussion but it's still a crackpot theory in the end.
Very Simple:
Pierro plausible rank 0
"Combulina, Pantalone, Sandrone and Signora they may have not counters at all"
me: OOOOR they could be representative as dead people 💀
its very convincing, hope its true
Arclecchino is like yelan sister they both are spy
Unfortunately i’ve been exposed to a leak so ONLY SCROLL DOWN IF YOU’RE FINE WITH LEAKS AND SPOILERS (about fontaine)
There was a leak stating that in fontaine we would meet arlechinno and sandrone so the order of boss battles might be credible if arlechinno’s constellation is the hand which also has been theorised to be arlechinno due to her connections with traitors but that would then have to mean that after we would have to fight columbina which is an unexpected boss fight since it just wouldn’t feel right to fight her as a boss fight at all and especially in fontaine or natlan
crepus as a double agent harbinger is so sexy. i really enjoyed this crackpot theory!!
the jester is the leader of the harbinger and the first one so he’s obviously number 0
so the missing harbinger is some sort of traitor that could litrally be anyone even the grandmaster of the knights of faviounies for all we know
i think either kaeya or gold (albedo's master) are the 10th harbingers.
what if the hand of glory is arlichino's constellation
12:39 WHY DID I THINK YOU WERE GOING TO SAY CHARLES 😭😭😭
Pierro is the Director of the Harbingers it's in the video description of the winters night lazzo teaser!!
i also want to point out that capitano’s hat motif is the exact same as the big circle on the top of the chart of all constellations. i may be stupid but is that big circle also not a constellation?? or is that jsut representing the fatui
Actually i can buy into the idea that Diluc’s father was a former Harbinger…but not in the sense of as the 12th or missing Harbinger…
My thinking is more like after Diluc’s father left, his seat could be filled by Childe…so its still 11 seat Harbingers just a change in 1 member…correct me if im off tho…its just something i thought of on the spot and just had to write it down…
Krepus "having beef" with Arlecchino does make sense though. Arlecchino is the one who hunts traitors to the Fatui, and if Krepus was a Fatui Harbinger that betrayed the others, then Arlecchino would be the one hunting him down, no?
The thing where the opposing harbingers are in opposing sides of the wheel got me ngl.
Arlecchino has an windwheel aster on their chest she could be from Mondt so having a grudge against another Mondstadt character could not be so far from the true.
Crepus could have turned into a harbinger. He never become a Knight and never got a Vision and coming from an important family of knights and vision bearers, this could have frustrated him in many ways that only the harbingers could fix giving him the exactly two things he wanted: a important position and elemental powers. Having a change of heart could have something to do with Diluc's mother which is weird that we don't know nothing about till this day.
BUT we have to consider another thing- The delusion could ALSO be from Diluc's mom and she's the real harbinger. Could be why Crepus had a delusion in the first place and since he was no vision bearer and don't have any resistance to use a delusion he never used till that very moment when Ursa showed up. Teppei was there to tell us what happens with common people who try to use delusions after all.
This wheel theory also gets me about the Childe/Tsaritsa dynamics. A lot of things always bothered me about why he wanted to be a harbinger and just to be powerful don't feel like a good excuse.
He's a guy who values family the most, his character story talks so much about how he admired his father and isn't it weird that he turned into a harbinger despite all the disappointment that being a bad guy brought to his father?
Since he learned the foul legacy from Skirl and she's probably one of the Hexenzirkel could be that much of a stretch to think he could be an Hexenzirkel insider? Cause it's clear on his character story that no one knows about Skirk so why keep it a secret from the harbingers? And all the adoration he has on Tsaritsa could be an act?
Another thing that's weird on the wheel's position is how Pierro is behind it all, even the said Tsaritsa representation.
When they released the Winter Night's teaser I had a hard impression that the Jester speaks for Tsaritsa and controls alone the actions of the harbingers and finally paying attention to the wheel rn he could be manipulating her too. He could be the big fish here.
Scara said he hardly had any close association with the Jester so we could assume that in this chain of command the harbingers hardly see him so how could they have any contact with Tsaritsa too?
The Hexenzirkel being an opposing side to the Jester could make more sense since they're all sorta mages.
Idk, I'm just dumping many thoughts here.
The job of compiling everything I leave with the truly smart ones (I'm mean you, of course).
Thanks for another well written and amazing vid. Ur my favorite theorist cause of the good work you do when lining up the chain of endless crumbs and turning them into an very possible thing. Most of the people we see theorizing here could be EASILY refuted in one or two arguments but it's always hard to refute you even in the most absurd things lol.
Cya on the next 🙂
@Ashikai, Diluc's story quest says his father was never qualified to be a knight though he very much wanted to be one. Isn't it very unlikely that someone who couldn't be a knight could actually be a Harbinger? If childe is 11, and he is 10, he can definitely be a knight, can't he? If he was killed purposefully by the Fatui for being a traitor, wouldn't they have made it known to every Harbinger and so the ranking would have shifted and Childe would have been 10th? His father's second regret was not getting a vision. So I always thought he got his delusion through some deals with the Fatui. Maybe he purchased it? In the Wiki, it is stated that Diluc sent his broken mask and Delusion to Dottore. If it was something that was passed down as a family treasure, he'd not have sent it back (unless he didn't know about it). I too wonder now if Pierro might not be a Harbinger anymore after seeing Hoyo's description. And it also seems to suit him as he was a Sage in Khaenriah (just talking about typical sages. Not sage mode naruto). He might be the orchestrator of the Fatui Drama.
As a Diluc main, I wanna know if anyone has any clue on how Diluc compares against the strength of the Harbingers. XD
Im definitely simping for Capitano if bhe is a disembodied soul in a piece of armor. You got my vote on that
Banger video :^)
Off topic but Why does your voice matches yanfei personality so much 😭😭
The right Constellation (My Opinion)
Pierro: Jester Mask✅
Capitano: Hand of Glory
Dottore: Globus✅
Columbina: Dove✅
Arlecchino: Nails✅
Pulcinella: Plague mask✅
Pantalone: Healing Hand ✅
Sandrone: Marionette ✅
Just a weird thought but most fatui enemies in game disintegrate when defeated kind of like Crepus
contradistinction of hairbringers in the wheel is wrong, because in this case Scaramouche is opposite to Pantalone(?), not to Dottore, actually =(
Something that I have never seen brought up, even if some harbingers are now dead of left the fatui, why can't they have a new member take up the position?
and also the fact “Crepus” derives from latin and means “sunset”… it always bothered me, why give such a grim name to a character whose only fault was owning a Delusion? Diluc (“diluculus”=sunrise) would then symbolize how his father entrusted the son with his redemption. a new day and a new light
spoiler to leaks
SHE IS RIGHT AGAIN
I love the idea of Crepus being a Harbinger. The angst? The plot twist? The tie back to the manga? I would adore it. It's pretty crack but it's a fun crack. These bizzare theories are the most fun to watch honestly.
YOU ARE A GENIUS. REALLY. ANALITYCAL, KNOWLEDGABLE GENIUS.
she got it right idk what to telle you in the first 10min.(I look at leaks some time)…
The lil theory at the end makes sense in a way ?? Idk
Wouldn't it be amazing if hoyo made an element change for Diluc like how you can change Traveler between elements and their kit changes. Dark flame delusion Diluc.
Whether the theory of this spot is true, there is still one official one that has been “empty for hundreds of years”, Sacaramouche’s spot. The fatui in mondstadt say that the spot has been empty for hundreds of years, quite an illogical thing for an organization, logically they would just find someone else that fills the spot or directly erase it….yet that hasn’t happened. Is it possible that thedouble agent- spy you mention is actually the one that has this spot?
Since Arlecchino is meant to be "two-faced" could it also mean that she has 2 people in 1 body? As in instead of a possible split personality disorder she could instead have an entirely separate consciousness that is inside her? Arlecchino has 2 hair colours, she also has an X in her eyes which could switch to something like O (like knots and crosses/tic tac toe). Perhaps the hand of glory could signify that there is a separate but "righteous" personality that can take over and present to be a traitor towards the Fatui. I was thinking that since Arlecchino X built or at least oversees the Fatui orphanage that some some of morality is still present and if there is truly an Arlecchino O that is against the Fatui then it could possibly subconsciously influence the actions of Arlecchino X.
ok I was going into this theory with so much less anticipation then it needed, when your dropped the bomb I was like… NO WAY but also HOW THE FUCK DOES THIS MAKE SENSE
I really like this theory and it actually makes a lot of sense even with the "holes" mentioned at the end, but the fact of Pierro not being mentioned as an outright Harbinger may be the biggest clue I think.
Another thing I noticed that may be a little crazy is that while you mentioned that the hand of glory is usually the left one, in the fatui constellation it looks like a right hand instead.. but idk, it still seems like it could be from Crepus, since he also uses fire and stuff like the candle hand itself.
PS: It's really fun that you're using more characters to "act out" your videos, like Kuki and now Kaeya ^^
now this really made me think about the thing crepus said "the gods had other plans for me" or smth like that (i think i saw this in the comic? im not so sure)
Glad to see Tignari VA erased from the irminsul
This is a little detail I noticed in the winter night's lazzo video- On all the Harbingers' outfits, there is a diamond shaped crystal hanging from the Fatui emblem that is pinned onto their coats. I assume that this is the conventional attire for an official gathering such as Signora's funeral, but here's the interesting part- The colour of the crystal is different for everyone. What's more interesting is that it seems to get lighter as the ranks go up.
For example, Childe being the eleventh Fatui Harbinger has a dark red crystal, while Arlecchino has a red but almost black crystal, followed by Pantalone, Sandrone, Capitano, Pulcinella, Columbina, Dottore and Pierro whose crystals are varying shades of blue (Not necessarily in that order because the lighting in the trailer isn't very helpful).
I think that these are sort of like how badges are used in the army to denote your position in the hierarchy. We don't really see any of this on Crepus (because even if he was a Harbinger who was undercover why would he go around wearing the emblem) so I don't know if we can really ascertain his ranking to be the 10th seat. But yeah this is something I noticed in general and found quite interesting
Dottore – happily identifies as a monster 😂
For the bonus theory at the end, hasn’t it been confirmed that Capitano is « the strongest human of Teyvat » somewhere in the plot where I can’t remember?
