I have a guarantee for 3.0, but I swear if they run Tighnari and say… Hu Tao in the first half, concurrently… I'm going to have to get Hu Tao and hope to get Tighnari on the 50/50 or rerun down the line. I didn't get Hu Tao on the last re-run, I got Diluc on roll 30 (at the time my first copy).

Tighnari and Yoimiya were meant to be the full ins, they don’t care that you will skip a certain 5* because all of the money will go to Kamisato Ayaka, the shogun, Nillou, Dehya, and Althaitham. They design these characters to just do it all. they know people will go nuts for them and don’t need high status like another characters to be a notable 5 star. They are the ones who will make it rain with the money.
Al Haitham gonna be 3.0's Yae Miko, we'll meet him early, he's gonna be hyped up, gets released mid way 3.x with a kit that synergizes with the unknown 4.x characters, and players will be upset with his performance without understanding really how to use the character. Many CC will recommend skipping him, then a lot of players that does will be a Al Haitham skip regretter 4.0 🤣🤣. One could also say, there are also a lot of Shenhe skip regretters right now too 🤣
